They already changed the version. Its now 6.48b and Puck is also allowed in the tournament (base on the update from the other site that has been posted).

Bristleback is not banned here… any hero can be used! =) chickens are not shared here too because, this is our way of preventing pooling here. People playing in the tournament are very honest about the pooling. all players know the consequences of the violations they would do. hehehe… try to go to Philippines and play with us in the tournaments…. =) GL HF TO EVERYONE! Nope! The organizer (Gariath) is using that rule bec thats what was used in the WCG Asian Championships. Didnt you know last August when the 12 countries competed in DotA in Singapore. The Philippines placed 3rd which is a big accomplishment.

And btw fwii~, pls dont say something like lazy specially if you dont know the person who your talking to. Gariath is a respectable organizer here in the Philippines. Ask any pro teams in Metro Manila and they will tell you who Gariath is. And just so you know, he doesnt have a sponsors in most of his tournaments. He works alone as far as I know, the organizing, advertising, officiating, even the toss coin (except when saving replays), hes doing it all.

Congrats on your new shop Sir Gariath! I look forward to uploading the replays.

People use the no ally control rule because the sponsors are too lazy to referee the matches. Oh and I believe that chickens should be shared, to help avoid pooling I suggest to get some judges to watch the replay, they can tell if there was something pooled.
