This the first time that DotA Eliminations for the Philippine Qualifiers of theAsian Cyber Games will be held in Davao. The winning team will travel to Manila for free to play against Mineski, Ninja, Flow, Pag-ibig and the other qualified Metro Manila teams. Similar eliminations will also be held at Cagayan de Oro and Cebu.

Among the Davao teams joining are DC Clan, Nomets, High, SNH, Wei, 50ph, Bratz, and PNK. Teams from nearby cities and provinces such as TC Clan of Tagum and Anytime of Marbel are also expected to show up.
