Ding Lao challenged his team Ch¡LL to a match game. With Ding were some of the best players from Jimbers’ Cafe here in Davao City: Totzkie de Castro, Wex Corrales, Batusai Bajado, and Zandro Sabaldan. Ding led these guys against Ch¡LL’s full force: Yuki Perez, Burnz Flores, Top Lopez, Cocoy Villaroman, and BhoyMax Julakit. They played two games in the all pick mode (-ap).
(The line-ups are listed in the order they were picked.)
Game 1:
Sentinel - Ch¡LL
Nevermore - Yuki - bottom right
Warlock - BhoyMax - top left
Skeleton King - Burnz - top left
Rexxar - Top - bottom right
Mirana Nightshade - Cocoy - middle
Scourge (first pick) - Ding + Jimbers’
Akasha - Wex - bottom right
Viper - Zandro - middle
Bristleback - Batusai - top left
Lich - Totzkie - top left
Nerubian Assassin - Ding - bottom right
First Blood: Batusai (Bristleback) pawned Burnz’s (Skeleton King) in the top left lane, after 2 minutes of playing.
During the first half of the game, Ch¡LL played aggressively against Ding’s team, with Cocoy having an unstoppable streak at 25 minutes. This, however, allowed Viper to farm well. Ch¡LL was able to deny two of their towers, and at 44 minutes, Yuki already had a mega kill streak. Despite this, they were unable to successfully push against Ding’s team. Until they were able to ambush Ding’s team killing Roshan. During that clash, Ch¡LL killed off both Akasha and Bristleback, thereby allowing them to successfully push and destroy the Frozen Throne. It was a long but very exciting game that lasted almost 90 minutes.
Winner: Ch¡LL
Game 2: Chian Coronel of CORPOration substituted for Wex.
Sentinel - Ding + Jimbers’
Lich - Totzkie - top left
Nevermore - Batusai - middle
Pugna - Ding - bottom right
Sand King - Chian - top left
Warlock - Zandro - bottom right
Scourge - Ch¡LL
Viper - Cocoy - middle
QP - Burnz - bottom right
Venomancer - Top - top left
BB - Yuki - top left
Zeus - BhoyMax - bottom right
First Blood: Totzkie (Lich) pawned Yuki’s (Bristleback) in the top left lane, after 3 minutes of playing.
Ding’s team tried (to no avail) to win the game by constantly pushing, and pressuring the Sentinels to defend. They, however, failed to do so as Ding’s teammates weren’t used to fast push plays. The game ended in about 30 minutes.
Winner: Ch¡LL
Battle of the Area of Effect Skills Combinations

Sequel Juan Luna’s Team PUSSY vs another Team
Sequel Juan Luna’s Team Pussy, represented by leader Aiwem dela Cerna, together with Shad Acosta and Brylle Saso, teamed up with exe.cute’s Marc Lim and Coroy Paner to tackle a yet untested team here in Davao City. (Sorry guys, I don’t know your names and your team name. Tell me when we see each other again.) They first two games were in normal pick, no power-ups mode (-np) with a no “backdooring” rule. The third game was in all pick, duplicate heroes (-apdu) mode with “backdooring” allowed.
Game 1: -np
Sentinels - Team Pussy
Enigma - Marc
Lina - Brylle
Ezalor - Coroy
Vengeful Spirit - Shad
Sven - Aiwem with item build: Battle Furym, Black King Bar, Mask of Madness, Power Treads, and Crystalis
Scourge
Magnataur
Nerubian Assassin
Akasha
Skeleton King
Nevermore
Although it was match game, the Scourge got the upper hand late in the game as they were able to ambush Team Pussy while they were killing Roshan. The Scourge successfully harassed Pussy and finish off Roshan twice. This game them the advantage to push successfully against a demoralized Team Pussy.
Winner: Scourge
Game 2: -np
Sentinel
Lina Inverse - top left
Omni Knight - top left
Jakiro - middle
Rexxar - bottom right
Ursa - bottom right
Scourge - Team Pussy
Magnataur - Aiwem - top left
Warlock - Marc - top left
Nevermore - Brylle - middle
Akasha - Coroy - bottom right
Lich - Shad - bottom right
Early in the game, Team Pussy controlled the top left lane. Meanwhile, Shad’s Lich farmed aggressively in the bottom right lane, but left Coroy’s Akasha without much gold and bullied by the opposing team. Similarly, Brylle’s Nevermore was bullied by Jakiro in the middle lane. Team Pussy’s aggressive team play with a good combination of area of effect skills enabled them to kill of all of their opponents at least three times.
The combo: Reverse Polarity + Rain of Chaos + Requiem + Magnataur’s Wave + Akasha’s Wave + Chain
Winner: Team Pussy
Game 3: -apdu
Sentinel:
Zeus - top left
Krobelus - top left
Dazzle - top left
Warlock - middle
Pugna - bottom right
Scourge: Team Pussy
Zeus - Shad - top
Magnataur - Brylle - top
Nevermore - Marc - middle
Raigor - Aiwem - bottom
Akasha - Coroy - bottom
Armed with Arcane Rings and Mekansms, the Sentinel’s persevered to push and destroy the Scourge’s base through the top entrance. However, Team Pussy’s adept execution of their combination of area of effect skills managed to defend the base. Once again, their combo enabled them to wipe out all the Sentinel heroes a number of times. At 30 minutes, the Sentinels were unable to destroy the tower at the top entrance of the Scourge’s base. Even as Team Pussy didn’t push towards the Sentinel’s base, The Sentinels already declared the game as GG.
The combo: Fissure + Reverse Polarity + Requiem + Magnataur’s Wave, Akasha’s Wave + Arc Lightning + Wrath
Winner: Team Pussy
Match Winner: Team PUSSY
