Davao’s Teams ChiLL and CORPO Continue their Winning Streak
Posted by polar on October 9th, 2007 | Visited 1352 times, 1 so far todayAfter beating Mineski twice last Saturday, Davao’s Team Ch¡LL played against Teams Papi and Mineski last Monday and Tuesday.
Last Monday, Ch¡LL’s full force composed of Nelson “Ding” Lao, Topher “Top” Lopez, Yuki “Yukz” Perez, Bernard “Burnz” Flores, and rising star Franco “Cocoy” Villaroman battled against Papi. Papi was composed of Dino, Chelz, Ebin, Sly, and a substitute (sorry, forgot your name). Ch¡LL won twice against Papi.
After the games against Papi, the CORPOration’s Jay “yaJQT” Arabia substituted for Ding to play against Mineski. The CORPO’s King “RiorEN” Padama and Bryan “Subang” Padilla substituted for Cocoy and Top for game 3. Mineski was composed of Roro Robinson, Dix Robinson, Marky Duenas, Memel Olete, and 7-nengxiang. The combined forces of Ch¡LL and CORPO won three times against Mineski.
Last night, Ch¡LL’s Burnz, Top, and Cocoy, combined once again with CORPO’s Jay and RiorEN to play three intense games against Papi’s complete line-up. This time around, Levs played with his team. However, it was the combined Ch¡LL and CORPO team that came out and played stronger.
As Ch¡LL and CORPO continue to win over Manila teams, many (this blogger included) are wondering if this is the beginning of a more competitive gaming scene in Davao City. Other Davao teams are already gearing up to play against Manila teams in the hopes to gaining more experience and upping the ante for Davao’s gaming scene.
All games were played via the GG-Game Client.

games played online is very well different than in playing LAN dota, specially with bets.

hahahaha…. para walang gulo… wag nyo na lng lahatin. =) okay?! mineski and papi lost to davao. yun na yun. =) =p Magagaling talaga sila. aminado kmi dun. lan and online is same… kapag talo … talo tlga… kapag panalo …. panalo =) okay?! so …. try nyo nlng kalabanin sila online…. mababait naman sila eh… hindi sila mayayabang. friends namin sila.. in fact sarap nila kalaban… exciting =)

@lutan and vinzyre, LOL! We don’t claim to have owned/pawned Manila in general. Was just grasping for the right word to generalize Mineski and Papi. My bad. Sorry.

yeah they have skills,dedicated sila at determined.. mlaki talaga chance nila mag improve at eto na nga naka xperience na…. kulang lang tlga sa kanila is to behave like a pro…. sabagay d naman pde ituro un… minsan pag sobrang walang pinag-aralan o baluktot pagiisip mahirap talaga baguhin.. promise…
