Notable changes:
4 New Heroes!
Wisp, Thrall, Eredar, Gyrocopter
2 New Items!
Arcane Boots (replacing Arcane Ring)
All these additions will be up in our databases within the day.

12 Second cooldown on Vipers ulti with Scepter, is that a typo? At level 16 thats a 725 damage/80% slow with basically a 12-5= 7 second cooldown. Most IMBA skill ever?

Tiny can use Scepter
add range and siege attack but only 3 hits and u’ll have to eat another tree to do the 3 hits
the skill to eat trees is 30sec cooldown

The wisp is the imba one… if anyone even bothered to play it. The link has a 35% move speed bonus, and he also has furions global gank teleport which he can BRING AN ALLY ALONG in which 12 seconds later they can both return to safety (played a game with wisp and barathum…bara charges, both teleport, stun, link stun, bara ult, wisp slow*5 = one easy gank… did i not mention bonus dmg for move speed?), not to mention the link can stun… and his second move has 5 30% slows with 12 second cooldown. permanent control of enemy movement. The downside is his stat increase is low and he is very weak for a strength hero so an early vanguard and platemail (0 base armor hero) is essential.

There’s nothing “too imba” about the new heroes. They can all be countered easily. Tankers/Mana Resists/blinkes/invisible heroes can rape Far Seer. Late Game he’s a supporter hero, with silence and kinetic field. Easily countered with BkB, HoD, Blink dagger. The same to Ereder, he pwns early, but late he’s more than a supporter hero, with slow, stun, disable, etc, easily countered with HoD, Bkb. About whisp, u can easily kill him. Armor 0, low stats gain. Bkb pwnz him. Just some nukes and hit’s and he’s died. They’re all good, but i think no ones need nerf.
