We now have IRC
Posted by Ghost on August 13th, 2009 | Visited 1583 times, 1 so far todayIn a fit of motivation (and a thread on the subject) we have made an IRC channel for members of DS.
originally it was going to be on quakenet… but then a couple of random internet people later, we were established on gamesurge.

To use irc you need to have an IRC client.
Mozilla users have the benefit of ChatZilla and I don’t know about the rest of the world.
do a quick google search and you will find heaps of them.

Yes, it is up. Didn’t take nearly as long as we thought either. Forum post, probably with more details, will follow shortly.

Gamesurge has a java client, so you can chat in a browser if you want to - you don’t actually need a downloaded client.

Windows users can use mIRC
Mac users can use Colloquy
