Who is Jose G. Silva, Jr?

Also known as Bongertz and Bongbong, this guy is one of the most feared and admired DotA players in the country. At age 21 (birthday: April 22, 1986), he has only graduated from high school recently because he has devoted his time to playing DotA.
Team Ninja: Tony, Rejz, RA, Bong, and Vini
Bong started playing DotA almost three years ago with Ninja teammate Tony Senedrin. He started playing just for fun but forged on as he realized he had what it takes to go the distance as a DotA player. He developed his much-feared skills by always playing at computer shops and reading forums. He watches international replays to learn new strategies. Bong believes that his edge over other players is his patience. He believes that DotA has improved his way of thinking in solving different kinds of problems. He also shares that playing DotA has increased his self-confidence and has developed his respect for other players.

Aside from DotA, he also play a lot of other games such as CounterStrike and online RPG games. But he likes strategy games such as StarCraft and DotA best. He attributes DotA’s current upswing to the frquency of money match games and tournaments, especially those organized by Joebert “Gariath” Yu.
According to Bong, the worst mistake that noobs can commit is blaming each other for their loss. He advices new players to never lose hope and learn from their mistakes.
Team Ninja in action
With his former team Ninja, Bong joined and conquered countless of tournaments. For him, the most memorable is the first major tournament of Garith, EGG in Glorietta which they won together with their ally team, Papi. The core of Ninja was composed of Bong, Tony, Vini Caños, and Rejz Ragel. Team Ninja, as most top DotA players would attest, was one of the most competitive teams in the country. After Team Ninja disbanded a few months ago, Bong is still currently teamless. Bong considers Papi, Mineski, and Flow as the top three teams in the country today.
Bong is not optimistic about continuing his DotA career as he might already focus on his studies next. He is also pessimistic about the future of pro gaming in the country as it lacks sponsorship.
As a parting shot, Bong reminds all that: “Only a Ninja can kill a Ninja.”

toooooooooo many players Blaming each other.. -.- example, you want to gank and there was a teammate sidecreeping near the opponent, then you try to gank it but you thought your with your ally, eversince you die., and blame the ally who is sidecreeping.. more or less HP -.-
