Your ping would really indicate n/a because your still havent opened Warcraft. Create a game, if someone enters, as him/her what is your ping. The ping is on the right side of the game creator. Fof example.

Steve-O <II>

The 2 bars indicate your ping. II is still playable, always check the players who entered your game. IIII bars makes your game laggy. Check it by Alt+Tab then their names will automatically appear in the chat room.
