Story/Beginning:
Due to Lich King's immense power, a blood elf named Cain tried to betray his brethren and seek the great power that is clouding his mind, and seeks the quest to finish his never-ending thirst for magic. With Lich King's power, he can manipulate the dead. He can call upon the Nether World for ressurecting a corpse back to life. He can manipulate the power of Necromastery and can cast a wall of bone to emprison his prey for the hungering soldiers of the Netherworld. No blood elf ever lived to tell the tale when he strikes them through with his trusty bone spear. No trespassers lived to speak of how they died to prevent the great impalement from below the ground. Cain, was feared and was called, the Necromancer, summoner of the Underworld.
SKILLS:
[R]AISE DEAD
Mana: 120/120/120/120
Cooldown: 18/17/17/16 ( AUTO-ACTIVATABLE )
Animation: Revive a target corpse, creating a Skeleton Warrior.
Raise the dead out of the corpse to fight with you in battle.
Lv.1 - 2 Skel. HP:200,ARMOR:2,DMG:15-20, lasts 45 sec.
Lv.2 - 2 Skel. HP:235,ARMOR:3,DMG:21-28, lasts 50 sec.
Lv.3 - 3 Skel. HP:275,ARMOR:3,DMG:29-34, lasts 55 sec.
Lv.4 - 4 Skel. HP:350,ARMOR:3,DMG:35-40, lasts 01 min.
(Normal ATK-TYPE ; Medium ARMOR-TYPE)
BON[E] SPEAR
Mana: 175/190/220/245
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15
Animation: Bone striking through a target point, area or enemy, through another enemy. Works like Storm Bolt but it passes through.
Cain unleashes a bone of spear to strike the enemy and slows movement speed. Bone Spear strikes through.
Lv.1 - 75 dmg, slows by 10%, lasts 3 sec.
Lv.2 - 150 dmg, slows by 20%, lasts 3.sec.
Lv.3 - 225 dmg, slows by 30%, lasts 3 sec.
Lv.4 - 300 dmg, slows by 40%, lasts 3 sec.
BONE [W]ALL
Mana: 150/160/170/190
Cooldown: 25/24/23/22
( CHANNELING )
Animation: A wall of bone comes out of the ground and traps the target enemy.
Casting Range: 500
Cain chants a channeling magic, which summons a bone of wall to trap the target enemy. Deals 25 damage per second.
Lv.1 - Lasts 3 sec.
Lv.2 - Lasts 4 sec.
Lv.3 - Lasts 5 sec.
Lv.4 - Lasts 6 sec.
IMPALEMENT OF [D]OOM
Mana: 250/300/350
Cooldown: 80/75/70
Animation: Impale with larger spikes of bone instead of spikes only.
Cain calls forth bones of impalement rushing towards the enemies, dealing large amounts of damage and stuns for a short time.
Lv.1 - Deals 400 dmg, for 2 sec. (450 dmg.)
Lv.2 - Deals 450 dmg, for 2 sec. (500 dmg.)
Lv.3 - Deals 600 dmg, for 3 sec. (750 dmg.)
( IMPALEMENT OF DOOM can be upgraded with Aghanim's Scepter. )

Skeleton warrior damage and armor type?
Bone wall = works like shackles? Casting range?
Wahahaha! The ulti is evil.
Nice work! Lacks originality but the skills go well with the theme.

Raise death: Underpower!! even furion could raise 5 treant in one second
BOne spear: Too cheap
BOne wall: Nice one, especoally for trapping an enemy, then attack the victim with all your teamates
Ultimate: Nice
This hero is a bit underpower, you could fix the raise death. I suggest the ultimat could be upgrade by agghanim scepter

There, all fixed! The Bone Spear is already ok because it can cause damage through a line like Shockwave(Magnataur) or a Carrion Swarm(Krobelus). It deals 300 damage on level 4, so no need to raise anything.

Raise dead is too weak. You can nerf the manacost to just 90/100/110/120
