Monkey King Bar-5400 gold
Recipe-1200 gold

Total: 8525 gold

Grants- 30% increased attack speed
+90 damage
+8 intelligence
60% increased mana regen
Punishment (Activate)

Punishment (175 mp): At the cost of -50% accuracy and +20% damage amplification, the user gains max movespeed for 12 seconds. Cooldown: 200 seconds

Story: When the legendary monkey king visited the land of Pandaria, the finest brewmasters living there saw his staff and offered to grant it powers in exchange for some peaches native to his homeland. The deal was sealed, and the Monkey King went back home. However, the gods weren't happy about this, and cursed the staff so that at times the holder would go into great pain and run away in fear and disgrace.

nice active skill. Very good idea.
I just don't think you should have those two items as the ingredients. They are both too expensive. The stats are interesting, but you should go for something cheaper.

Lol, I like it. Similar to the RuYI Jingu Staff. (Goldbanded Staff) However, I think the 50% miss should be lessened a bit. I know that this active is more toward the purpose of escaping, but it should also be used for chasing a bit.
