mmm i dont know an unlimitd reduction of 80% of the attack speed is a kind of imba..

exactly is like swipes of Ursa warrior, but this one has unlimited time, casting time,low cd,no bonus dmg,but with stackeable slow effects.

i had a similiar idea for a water sorta hero i thought you could make the river freeze completeley freezing units and blocking

Level 1 - 250 initial damage, 50 bounce damage. 1500 range.
Level 2 - 350 initial damege. 75 bounce damage. 1800 range.
Level 3 - 400 initial damage, 100 Bounce damage. 2150 range.

This is the new ulti.. In fact i changed it a few time ago but i forgot to change it here:P, I ve already post it in hero idea but any mod has seen it i think=(
