my comment here if he's a nerd maybe he is just having some fun (why?) because some people bully nerds and make fun of them so they just playing computer instead of having a friend and some of them is having a inferiority complex because of the bullying they've got every time they go to school or somewhere else

if his not a nerd and just a normal people with asthma he just take the game to seriously
