Oh and the question I got asked is kinda hard, could be alot of peeps.... solo game centaur/dk are some the meanest and nobody really "owns them" so dunno I guess I cant answer it, alot of options honestly would like to know the answer tho

Actually, a hero can be damaged more than once by Illuminate, provided that it goes from point A to point B, where point A is already traveled by the wave and point B is on the continuing path.

Read: Get hit, blink in front of the wave to get hit again [use Magina or Akasha, or pre-6.48 maps]

a fake blink can be done.....only the litlle blue disc thing appears....you activate blink then press h before he appears....I'll ask a quesion...name the 3 lowest cd on ultimates...the spells and cooldown...obviously u'll know the hero...

ok well, there is sylla we can count him out, leshrac's ulti is officialy 0 seconds, raise revenants from visage is 6 secs, kaels is 5 but its not a skill its used to form other skills......snipers assasinate is 10 but so is track from gondar and amplify damage form slardar so the third place is shared by those heroes and possibly others i havent checked...but for now its
1. leshrac - 0 seconds
2. Visage - 6 seconds
3. shared by other mainly above - 10 seconds
sorry bout the third place thing...maybe we can count kael invoke as a skill then it looks nice

@li mo han: Tinker's Rearm has 1 second CD with 1 second casting time.

Stuns don't override unless they place different buffs (I can't think of any examples, but that's what happens in TFT). Slows only do in some cases. Vicious Nasal Goo stacks, Upheaval stacks, Overload stacks (but it's too hard to notice)
