Requires:
Observer Wards :200 gold
Recipe:100 gold

Total :300 gold

Effects:Boosts experience gain by 20% in a certain area. Teamates in same area also gain the boost.Wards cannot be planted near towers.Wards have no hp but can be deactivated by heros.The hero deactivating it will be stunned for 5 seconds .Wards dont stack and only 1 of these can be planted anywhere per time per team.Lasts 3 mins .And if one ward of experience is deactivated the rest of ur teams Ward of experience will also be deactivated.The hero that plants the Ward will be also stunned for 5 seconds

nice idea but y not have it like 300$ for recipie and the wards are just like normal ones but they give exp bonus not sight. 1k range gives 20% exp increase can not move. are invisible. 100 hp.

how large is the AOE of 'a certain area'?

useless. 20% increase is not very significant for me maybe 30-40%... or never
