@Ghost: Fine. The official end date shall be moved to the second saturday of March. After that, no more submissions will be allowed and Bard Man will put up the poll. The end date for the poll is still up in the air, but Bard Man thinks maybe the last day of March.

Zyllar - the Bloodhound

Zyllar was just an ordinary guy until one day when he pissed off a gang lord, he went home, horrified to find his wife and child brutally murdered and horribly mutilated. Angered and scarred badly, he sought out an old friend of his who was very skilled in the ways of a bloodhound, training with him so that one day he could exact his revenge on the gang lord. However, after so many months of hard training, he couldn't bring himself to kill the gang lord. Angry at his pathetic self, he brings himself to kill the only thing he ever could; himself.Before he had the chance to do so, his friend, Gondar, convinced him to join the Sentinal to not only learn to kill but also to stand against what he hated so much, cruelty.
Bloody Trail : Active
Zyllar punctures his opponents artery, wounding him and causing him excruciating pain over time.The blood sprays all over the ground, leaving a bloody trail for Zyllar to follow to finish the job.The trail lasts for 15 seconds.
Lv1 : Deals 100 damage and 10 bleed damage for 5 seconds.
Lv2 : Deals 150 damage and 10 bleed damage for 5 seconds.
Lv3 : Deals 200 damage and 10 bleed damage for 5 seconds.
Lv4 : Deals 250 damage and 10 bleed damage for 5 seconds.
Mana Cost : 75/100/150/275
Cooldown : 15 seconds
Calling Card : Active
Zyllar leaves a calling card on his opponent to let them know that he's after them. The target then gets paranoid and loses his fighting spirit. Thus, unable to fight or defend properly. However, the target regains his fighting spirit if Zyllar takes too long to kill him. The skill's effect lasts 15 seconds.
Lv1 : Target loses 10 damage and 1 armor
Lv2 : Target loses 20 damage and 2 armor
Lv3 : Target loses 30 damage and 3 armor
Lv4 : Target loses 40 damage and 4 armor
Mana Cost : 100/150/200/250
Cooldown : 30 seconds
Tracking Wounds : Passive
By marking his targets with specific wounds. Zyllar is able to track his target no matter where he is. Zyllar gains extra movement speed the next time he attacks that target. Only able to target heroes and only 1 hero can be tracked at 1 time. Zyllar loses sight of his target if either he or his target dies.
Lv1 : Marks hero after 6 attacks. Gains 5% movement speed the next time Zyllar attacks the marked hero.
Lv2 : Marks hero after 5 attacks. Gains 10% movement speed the next time Zyllar attacks the marked hero.
Lv3 : Marks hero after 4 attacks. Gains 15% movement speed the next time Zyllar attacks the marked hero.
Lv4 : marks hero after 3 attacks. Gains 20% movement speed the next time Zyllar attacks the marked hero.
Bloody Experience : Passive
After joining in the fight against the Scourge , Zyllar has gained a lot of valuable experience in killing and is able to use that experience well. Gains more damage and attack speed as he kills more marked heroes, either marked through his Calling Cards or Track Marks.Zyllar has to kill the target himself to gain the bonuses, Zyllar gains nothing if his teammates kill the marked hero. Gains 5 damage and 5% attack speed per marked hero kill.
Lv1 : Damage capped at 30 and attack speed at 20%
Lv2 : Damage capped at 60 and attack speed at 40%
Lv3 : Damage capped at 90 and attack speed at 60%

i suggest a maximum of 8 heroes only, so that every hero will have a chance be voted on..
since everyone exercised their brains and everyone deserves credit for what they did..

Juran - Bloodhound

Hidden within the darkness of society are people who clear away the skum to keep the world in order. They go by many titles and fight for many reasons, but none are an infamous or as feared as the Bloodhounds. Out of the view of the general populace, The Bloodhounds act as Bounty Hunters, tracking the wicked down like animals and then dragging them back to be punished. Enter Juran. A gnoll Bountry Hunter who was famed for his tracking. One day, he was approached by an odd man who wanted to test him. Juran was asked to track him for as long as he could. If he held out lng enough, a great prize would be his. The wise gnoll accepted the challenge and for many days, trailed the man. After a week had passed with Juran as his shadow, the man stopped running. The man smiled and invited Juran to become one of the elite; a Bloodhound. It was an offer he could not refuse. Fast forward ten years. Juran has been offered the ultimate test of his skills. The Sentinel wants him to bring down the Lich King. Let him run, let him hide. Juran will find him.
Mark
The thing that separates Bloodhounds from a simple Bounty Hunters is that when they choose a target, they pursue it till either they die or the mark dies. This focus on a single target gives them an edge over a marked enemy.
[1] Increases Attack Speed by 10% and damage by 15 when attacking a marked unit.
[2] Increases Attack Speed by 15% and damage by 30 when attacking a marked unit.
[3] Increases Attack Speed by 25% and damage by 45 when attacking a marked unit.
[4] Increases Attack Speed by 45% and damage by 60 when attacking a marked unit.
Note: Gives a 5% boost to movement speed when the Marked unit is within an 800 AoE at all levels. 2 second casting time. Cannot be cast again until either the Bloodhound dies or the mark dies. Core Skill

Cooldown: n/a
Tracking instinct
Bloodhounds are known for thier ability to find his mark no matter where he goes or what lengths he goes to to avoid capture.
[1] Allows the Bloodhound to detect a marked foe within an AoE of 800.
[2] Allows the Bloodhound to detect a marked foe within an AoE of 1000.
[3] Allows the Bloodhound to detect a marked foe within an AoE of 1200.
[4] Allows the Bloodhound to detect a marked foe within an AoE of 1400.
Note: Reveals invisible units.
Passive
Fracture
Most Bloodhounds are opposed to killing a foe for many different reasons, but they have no qualms with breaking thier arms or legs. It's alot easier to bring in a Mark after he's been disabled.
[1] 5% chance to break a foe's arm. 2% chance to break a foe's leg.
[2] 6% chance to break a foe's arm. 3% chance to break a foe's leg.
[3] 8% chance to break a foe's arm. 5% chance to break a foe's leg.
[4] 12% chance to break a foe's arm. 7% chance to break a foe's leg.
Note:
Broken Leg: slows movement by 30%
Broken Arm: Slows attack Speed by 20%
Both last 5 seconds
Can only have one each.
Capture & Collect
Bloodhound, for many reason prefer to bring in Marks alive. The most common reason is for a bonus to the mark's bounty.
[1] Captures a Marked hero with less then 10% health. Increases Bounty by 20%. Casting Time: 3.0 seconds.
[2] Captures a Marked hero with less then 15% health. Increases Bounty by 25%. Casting Time: 2.5 seconds.
[3] Captures a Marked hero with less then 20% health. Increases Bounty by 30%. Casting Time: 2.0 seconds.
Note: If the Mark is under the effects of Fracture, the casting time is reduced by half. Can only be cast on Marked units. If the target has more then the specified ammount of health, this does nothing.
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 100/90/80

Jacrael Kryer - The Bloodhound

HP Regen: 0.60 | Mana Regen: 1.1
Attack Speed: 1.35 | Armor: 3
Amongst the elite sect of bounty hunters known as the Bloodhounds, one name has remained legendary for years: Kryer. For generations the Kryer family has been the source of the most skilled trackers and hunters in the world, and Jacrael is no different. Though his tactics are of great deviation from many of his predecessors, none question his power. Since receiving an offer from the Sentinel, who were rather uneasy about his methods, Jacrael has made it his goal to continue being a credit to both his rank, and his name.
Skill 1) Blood Well
Where almost every member of the Kryer family thus far has used their skills to track targets by causing the target injury, Jacrael has taken a different route, drenching his enemy in a form of demonic blood from a source called the Blood Well, the location of which only Jacrael himself knows.
-1- Drenches the enemy in blood, slowing movement and attack speeds by 10% and renders them completely visible. Lasts 6 seconds.
-2- 15% slow, 10 second duration.
-3- 25% slow, 15 second duration.
-4- 35% slow, 20 second duration.
Mana Cost - 140
Cooldown - 10/15/20/20
Notes- Its a the equivalent of faerie fire, though it exchanges the armor decrease for a slow, which can prove effective in chasing, and in combat. RIKI BEWARE!!!
Skill 2) Blood Hunters
Though the Kryer name carries great weight with it, all Bloodhounds must be tested before they are accepted into the group. When told that his test was to find a target who had been running and covering his own trail for 3 days, Jacrael laughed and simply bit his thumb, allowing his blood to drip to the ground. Two beasts appeared, with deadly teeth and an apparent lust for blood. Jacrael spoke in an unknown language for a moment, and the beasts vanished. Only a few moments later did his target appear, running for his life from the beasts who stopped mere inches from devouring the target.
-1- Summons a single Blood Hunter to aid Jacrael. Hunters have Blood Bond.
-2- Summons 2 Blood Hunters. Hunters gain Gruesome.
-3- Summons 3 Blood Hunters. Hunters gain Frenzy.
-4- Summons 4 Blood Hunters. Hunters gain Pounce.
Mana Cost - N/A
HP Cost - 50/100/200/300
Cooldown - 60
Notes- Long story...the stats of the Hunters are at the end of this post. Lets try to keep them balanced shall we
Skill 3) Bloodhound's Will
"With great power, comes great responsibilty." (wait...what?)
With the title of Bloodhound comes a level of honor that every Bloodhound carries with them with pride. Though many don't know however, with the title also comes power. This enchantment, which has been given to Bloodhounds since its creation, is what keeps the best bounty hunters in the world, the best bounty hunters in the world.
-1- On every attack Jacrael becomes more obsessed with his target, granting him +4 attack and 4% ias.
-2- +6 attack power and 8% ias.
-3- +8 attack power and 12% ias.
-4- +10 attack power and 16% ias.
Mana Cost - N/A (Passive)
Duration - Lasts 6 seconds after each on a target, stacks indefinitely in that time period.
Notes- In production I actually nerfed this skill about 6 times...sad...Basic combat power booster, and when combined with other skills, will create someone who is nearly unstoppable in melee combat.
Skill 4) Kryer's Mark/Blood Gate
The Kryer bloodline has been at the head of the Bloodhounds for generations, and it's crest is a mark of power and honor to its descendants. In a show of his own power, Jacrael used his skills in magic to turn it into a scar etched into the very fabric of the nether. By sealing it to any target, he gains a constant awareness of their presence, and by expending a small amount of his power, can move through the scar directly to his target.
-1- Marks the target, giving "vision" of the target. During this time the Blood Gate ability becomes available, allowing teleportation to the target.
-2- Lasts 60 seconds.
-3- Lasts 90 seconds.
Mana Cost - 100/200/300
Blood Gate Cost - 100/200/300 HP
Notes- Heres how this works: Activate level 3 Kryer's Mark on...RIKIMARU!!! Riki decides he doesn't want to die today, so he runs. 45 seconds later he goes out to attack one of your teams weaker players. You see him moving on the minimap, and have vision of the area around him, but not of him. You activate Blood Gate, and bam. Now the fight is 2v1, and if timed right you can combo with Blood Well and actually be able to see him >.> . When the skill is first learned, you instantly learn Blood Gate as well, but it has no target so it has no place to go. When Blood Gate is used, the Kryer's Mark is dispelled from the target, so it must be recast before Blood Gate is used again. Only one target may have Kryer's Mark at any point.
Whew...now onto the Hunters...
Blood Hunter
Range: 100 | Move Speed: 280
Damage: 58-64 | HP: 1100 | Mana: N/A
HP Regen: 2 | Mana Regen: N/A
Attack Speed: 1.25 | Armor: 2
Blood Hunters are some of the most vicious demons ever known to man. They earned their name after it was found that they required blood to come to, and remain in, this plane of existense. This need makes them hard to command, and extremely dangerous in combat, as their bloodlust pushes them harder and harder to rip their target apart.
Note- All skills have no mana cost.
Blood Bond (Passive)
Blood is the one thing that can be used to call a Blood Hunter to this plane of existance. It is a well known fact that anyone with enough power to call a Blood Hunter should have a quarry of enough importance that the Hunter will devour it, for the cost of keeping a Hunter tied to this plane is a high one.
-Drains 10 hp per second from Jacrael unless attacking something.
Notes- balancing tactic #1: Life Draining effect.
Greusome (Passive)
Few have ever survived the attack of a Blood Hunter, but those who have speak their ferocity, their fury, and most disturbingly, their greusome figures. As these horrifying creatures attack their faces become visible, and those who face them are often paralyzed in fear.
-Attacks to the face slow the target by 10% (as/ms).
Notes- Only stacks from one Hunter to another, not with just one. i.e. One Hunter attacks the target from the front twice, 10% slow. Two attack from the front once, 20% slow.
Frenzy (Passive)
The blood from the Blood Well is that of the Fra'kror, the only known threat to Blood Hunters while in the nether. Whenever they catch the scent of its blood they go into a frenzy, increasing attack and movement speeds by 30%.
Pounce (Active)
In an act of sheer power the Hunter pounces on its target, attacking with all its might.
-Pounces onto the target from a maximum of 400 range, dealing 100 damage. Has a 25% chance to stun the target for 1 second.
Cooldown - 20
Notes- Shortest discription thus far >.> . You have a 25% chance to stun the target, so logic says that if you pounce with all your Hunters, one of them is probably going to stun. But when has dota ever been about logic?
FINALLY! I seriously just got on and read the challenge, and started chugging out this hero...I've been typing this crap out for about 2 hours now...christ...Oh, and at random it occured to me that I've been on this forum for months, commenting on hero ideas and concepts, gaining a resonable about of respect, and beginning to hate everyone, and this is my FIRST submitted hero concept. Wow...ah well, hope you like it. Nerfed, then boosted, then nerfed again 40 times in conception. YOU BETTER LIKE IT!!!
