i think he should be a ranged hero with 450-500 range... the model is a modified firelord model... (it's like nevermore's model...)

ok..

1st skill, is fine..

2nd skill, which is a 12 second 40% slow and silence..
too long for a silence skill, plus 40% slow for that long is also too much.. only doom silences that much, and its an ultimate, and no skill slows for that much and that long.

3rd skill, its just ok.. physical and magic protection..

Ultimate. so are you saying that he absorbs that much damage before he counter attacks? that means he'll get damaged right? how on earth could he possibly survive 2000 damage to make a counter attack.. coz it'll be IMBA if he just stays immune to 2000 damage and even deal a counter damage higher than that.

No, read it again, it says he takes only 50% damage than usual during the time.

but what if you received less than 2000 damage in that span of time, will it still trigger the counter attack???

Clarification for Kelen.

Okay, let me explain like this.

Kelen uses absorbance. Lina Inverse uses Laguna Blade (900 damage). It only inflicts 50%, so the damage is 450 during absorbance. Kelen inflicts it back at...

Level 1 - Deals 0.8x damage back, considering this, it would be 720.
Level 2 - Deals 1x damage back, of course it's 900 damage.
Level 3 - Deals 1.2x damage back, so the damage returned is, 1080.
