Count Dracula is a centuries-old vampire, sorcerer and Transylvanian nobleman, who claims to be a Székely descended from Attila the Hun.Count Dracula possesses numerous different supernatural abilities inherent in vampirism, along with additional skills derived from his abilities as a necromancer which allow him to comune with the dead, his age and potency make him far more powerful.He has powerful hypnotic and mind control abilities and can also manipulate the weather, usually creating mists to hide his presence.

Vampiric Bite (B)
Vampiric Bite is aura that gives dracula life steal
Level 1 - 5% Life Steal
Level 2 - 10% Life Steal
Level 3 - 15% Life Steal
Level 4 - 20% Life Steal

Cooldown: N/A
Framework: red circle is under Dracula

Mist (M)
Mist helps dracula to teleport from one place to another.
Level 1 - 150 range teleport
Level 2 - 300 range teleport
Level 3 - 450 range teleport
Level 4 - 500 range teleport
Mana Cost: 90
Cooldown: 25/20/15/10
Framework: looks like Smoke Screen or Blink

Vampires (V)
Dracula create 4 identical images. they last 20 seconds.
Level 1 - images deals 10% damage and takes 300% damage
Level 2 - images deals 15% damage and takes 250% damage
Level 3 - images deals 20% damage and takes 200% damage
Level 4 - images deals 30% damage and takes 200% damage
Mana Cost: 80/100/120/140
Cooldown: 40
Framework: looks loke mirror image

Ultimate Vampire (U)
Dracula is transform in stronger and faster vampire for 30 seconds.
Level 1 - Adds 50% damage and 10% attack and run speed
Level 2 - Adds 80% damage and 15% attack and run speed
Level 3 - Adds 110% damage and 20% attack and run speed
Mana Cost: 110/160/220
Cooldown: 120
Framework: When Dracula is transformed he looks like Prince Of Legion from DDay: Judgement

Naix's Lifesteal is only 7% at max level...AND HIS OTHER NAME IS LIFESTEALER and Dracula's is The First Vampire....Who do you think drains mroe life? LIFESTEALER of The First Vampire?!!??! LIFE----STEALER say it one more time for me...LIFE-------STEALER

i assume he wants an item to be the Cyclone Staff and Boots of Travel

i think i know why he's Movespeed is pretty slow..

coz he is DRA-CU-LA, the first and i should say, the OLDEST VAMPIRE..

so he can barely run and just crawl or something..
