Heal
Create a blast of healing in an AoE of 500.
Level 1 - Heals self for 100, heals allies for 25
Level 2 - Heals self for 150, heals allies for 50
Level 3 - Heals self for 200, heals allies for 75
Level 4 - Heals self for 250, heals allies for 100
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 10
Mind control
Controls one enemy, spell does not affect heroes.
Level 1 - Creep takes 50% more damage than the original and has 20% life less than the original
Level 2 - Creep takes 25% more damage than the original and has 0% life less than the original
Level 3 - Creep takes 0% more damage than the original and has 25% life more than the original
Level 4 - Creep takes -25% more damage than the original and has 50% life more than the original
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 10
Fire path
Creates a path of fire allowing Voceline to become faster and damage units. (Like macropyre)
Level 1 - 300 AoE path, +20% movespeed in the path and 20 dps
Level 2 - 400 AoE path, +40% movespeed in the path and 40 dps Level 3 - 500 AoE path, +60% movespeed in the path and 60 dps
Level 4 - 600 AoE path, +80% movespeed in the path and 80 dps
Mana Cost: 180
Cooldown: 30
Cooldown: 30
Vortex
Vecoline creates a vortex in the land, making everyone in the whole map be trapped in a vortex except himself, suffering from pain.
Level 1 - 3 second dissappearance, 100 dps
Level 2 - 4 second dissappearance, 125 dps
Level 3 - 5 second dissappearance, 150 dps
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 100

4th skill: this is saying harbringer's spell is whack.

1st: not very original, but i guess it could be useful
2nd: just like chen's but even better! 25% dmg reduction??? niceeeee
3rd: the unholy offspring of macropyre and burning grounds. somewhat original i guess <.<
ulti: the unholy offspring of astral prison and blackhole. not very original
OVERALL: sorry if i have to critize you, but... you dont have a coherent hero here. 1). wheres the skills that fit the hero theme...? i dont how "heal" fits the title "death servent" unless you heal them up right before you sacrifice their plump and healed bodies to the god of death or something. fire path seems more fire-themed than death-themed. 2). lets asume they ARE death-related skills, they dont synergize well, the ONLY thing that could synergize is the heal on his mind controled creep. i mean, the vortex doesnt even synergy with fire path, cause its either fire, or disaapearance, not both at the same time, i guess, you could make a fire path right before theyre about to appear again, but thats about it...

Hmmm.....
1st skill --> Very low mana cost for a healing skill. Not so original too.
2nd skill --> Pure IMBA!!! A Dominate skill with a 10 second cooldown!!! You think of what might happen....
3rd skill --> Hmmmm, would like to see i action....
4th skill --> C'mon!!! A universal DPS skill!! IMBA!!! And its better than TGW!!!
Increase mana cost of 1st skill and nerf last skill. Make ulti channeling and don't make him disappear.

i can see just by looking at your hero..
so i don't have to say anything but try to look at the other dream heroes at the hero ideas to have a better idea what a dream hero should be..
originality and balance must be put to test..
