My Item Ideas!!!

There are 23 of them so this should take a while. I'll send the first 3 items.

1.) Ashe - 5200

A glowing staff that create numerous slowing capabilities and greater damage to its foe.

Requirements:
1.) Oblivion Staff
2.) Mystic Staff
3.) Ashe Scroll - 575

Effects:
+ 35 Intelligence
+ 100% Mana Regeneration
+ 15 Damage
+ 10% Attack Speed
+ Passive: Motion Aura
All enemies that attack the wielder slows by 50% attack
speed. All allies, including the wielder, gain 15% IAS and
10% IMS near the wielder. 400 Radius
Enemy slow lasts for 3 seconds.
+ Active: Time Collapse
Slows enemies in an area by 60% and deals 40 DPS for
5 seconds.
Slow lasts for 5 Seconds.

Framework: Pugna's Nether Blast but slow framework of Enchantress.

Cannot be used by Enchantress (If Enchantress gets this, she can slow anything and that would ruin everything.)

2.) Ba'Gamnan - 5400

A crystallized essence of an ancient beast with unknown abilities to man. It was created in Ivalice but never used by mages and spellcasters because of its immense power.

Requirements:
1.) Ultimate Orb
2.) Soul Booster

Effects:
+ 10 to all status
+ 450 Hit Points
+ 400 Mana
+ 10% Mana Regeneration
+ 1 HP/Sec Regeneration
+ Active: Reset
Resets HP and Mana.

No Mana Cost, 300 Second Cooldown
Cannot be affected by Refresher Orb and Tinker's Last Skill
Cannot be obtained if Level is below 16.

3.) Belias - 5700

A strange staff created by Aghanim. He banished this staff because of its destructive power to cause chaos in the world of Azeroth.

Requirements:
1.) Mystic Staff
2.) Dagon

Effects:
+ 35 Intelligence
+ 9 Damage
+ 3 to All Attributes
+ Active: Chaos Burst
Damage of Dagon determines the damage of this item
400/500/600/700/800 Damage to Target 600 Range
Jumps to any unit (bounces 5 times) and half damage to
next unit.
50 Second Cooldown 245/265/285/305/325 Mana Cost
+100 damage per upgrade (800 damage max.)
+20 mana cost per upgrade (325 mana max.)

Framework: Chain Lightning (color red)

4.) Daran - 5600

A spear made of ice crystals and pure diamond. Its elegance and beauty shows upon who handles this weapon and eve deadly to foes.

Requirements:
1.) Staff of Wizardry
2.) Mystic Staff
3.) Javelin
4.) Daran Scroll - 500

Effects:
+ 40 Intelligence
+ 20 damage
+ 20% chance to deal 60 bonus damage with each attack.
+ Passive: Split Spear
The wielder can attack 5 enemies with one
attack by 40% and causing them to slow by 15%.
Slow lasts for 3 Seconds.
No Mana Cost, No Cooldown

Orb Effects do not Stack
Cannot be used by Gorgon and Melee Heroes (Because of her 1st interfering her, it overrides.)

Framework: Gorgon's 1st Skill with slow effect.

5.) Fafnir - 6600

A colorful staff with natural powers far more greater than any weapon. It can also use 4 elemental powers to any foes.

Requirements:
1.) 2 Quarterstaffs
2.) Soul Booster
3.) Fafnir Scroll - 1000

Effects:
+ 20 Damage
+ 20% IAS
+ 450 Hit Points
+ 400 Mana
+ 10% Mana Regeneration
+ 1 HP/Sec Regeneration
+ Passive: Elements
This passive contains 4 element passives.

1.) Fire - Allied Heroes (including the wielder) near the wielder will have attacks with DPS. DPS damage is 30. DPS lasts for 3 Seconds.

2.) Water - Allied Heroes (including the wielder) near the wielder multiplies base damage by 2x.

3.) Wood - Allied Heroes (including the wielder) near the wielder will be given +10 Armor.

4.) Electricity - Allied Heroes (including the wielder) near the wielder will have attacks with small Purge. Purge lasts for 1 second.

Orb Effects do not Stack

There are many more to come so be patient.

cool names although theyre all from ff-12 hehehe...anyway...nice ideas!!

nerf the staff chaos bolt? its like Lich's ulti...If lich has that item he could get quadriple kill. OWNAGE! its like 900 800 700 600 500 400 300 200 100 50 25 12 6 3 1..lol

Awwww.. that's bad 1st item cannot be used by enchantress but 1st item is great.. what do you men that would ruin everything?
