i prefer Vlads

combine with Buriza

some huge lifesteal

but for tower diving and early game

Vanguard is very good

get vlad maybe after u get vanguard and bfly. Lifesteal helps a lot in healing in late games. BTW, MKB's 100 damage is not magical, it is pure (according to a post in Dota-Allstar forum). But wat type of damage is mana burn?? some1 said chaos magical but ??? chaos is for physical i thought

Vlads, with life steal, you can actually take down tanks, and not just mana dependent heroes.

Vanguard is what really makes Antimage. I mean, yes, get Vlads, 50% of my games I get Vlads (this coming after two minor items and a Butterfly). But Vanguard I get every single time and it never fails me.
So, like almost everyone else, I say get both... but Vanguard comes first.

Vlads ftw... Vanguard is just wasted early game item that doesn't give much... For that money u could buy Vlads and get some kills... Also, Vlads boosts ur allies, u keep it till late game, it gives u armor, Lifesteal>Regen, and u aren't a tank so u need to block dmg, come on... U won't be hit, since enemies will run all the time, and when u are in danger, just blink, u don't need items to survive since u can storm away. I played Magina yesterday and had hp problems... Vlads+3 wraith bands+Treads=1000 hp when huskar had 1600, that's why some should go for Vanguard IMO, but no, i collected money for Eaglehorn---> Butterfly, Basher, and then he was mince meat for me. Not that i don't get MKB on Magina- u don't need ministuns, u need STUNS! So i gone permabashing with Battlefury(i had a need to kill more heroes at once xD), PT, Butterfly, 2 bashers and Vlads... Note that Magina has fastest aspd on lvl 25 without items, and his attack animation is among the lowest, so permabash can be the way... In the games with lesser number of players, but in 5v5 or so get some HP items, like u said, Vanguard. So- it depends on the situation, but overall Vlads>Vanguard

best build vlads bashers x2 butter ... buriza if u can and mkb if u can... imba build ... always works for me

i prefer vlads because i aim for core build and late game, so vanguard is useless when the other team's dpsers get buffed
first i get treads vlads 2 wraiths, get bfly, then one basher

it depend on the hero that u face with him,some times u need more life than lifesteal but i'm agree that in the first and mid game vanguard id better and ofcourse in late game vladmir is the best
