because Last i checked, the gLaives from Luna are ORB EFFECT (or something Like that..)

I buy HoD due to d +20 dmg, 5 arm, and 15% life steal, and to help killing and farming by dominating a useful neutral creeps. Later when ive got most f important items, then i upgrade it. Yes,quite useless IMO.

Could any1 tell me what is Satanic like in older versions because it started at only 6.48.
Also, those who said that the upgrade is worth, in early game especially, please explain...

huh? u can always buy other items ! its not a free upgrade, its a very costly upgrade.
Also, when u r ganked u run obviously unless u farmed really well when playing with noobs Depressed

Well, it may be very costly, but the RAGE, all that extra lifesteal and damage does have the potential to save in a gank in any situation if ur someone who could excel with it like mangix or n'aix.
