An ancient ring that was formed by accident when special magics collided and combined together. When worn, the powerful energy radiates from the bearer, giving himself and his allies more invigorated energy. Grants Brillance, Devotion, Endurance, and Vampiric Auras in a 350 AoE

+70% Brillance Aura
+5 Devotion Aura
+15% Movement +10% Attack Endurance Aura
+10% Vampiric Aura
+60 Movement Speed
+30 Attack Speed

Recipe - 2930
Ring of Basilus - 500
Power Treads - 1530
Mask of Death - 900

tut tut,
10% of your movespeed definitely won't hit 65,
so u'll b losing movepseed when you convert treads to this! and v all know how important MS is in DotA
it should keep the effect of the treads' MS on you, and provide an endurance aura that doesnt effect you...
other than that, quite nice....

Well i dunno how to calculate MS with percentages, since everyone has different speeds...what can be a suitable number to increase the speed?

+10% ms is like this (i think, if not, ask yukino_silvermaine)
if your m.s. is 300, then it becomes 300 + (10% of 300)
giving 300 + 30 = 330.

the max ms i've seen is magina, 325,
and the min is krobelus, 280.

so, your item, would give a hero anywhere between +28 and +32.5 ms, while one of its indredients by itself gives +65!
you need to have 650 base ms to get 10% as 65. the max possible is 522, so thats technically impossible and its not gonna happen anyways!

therefore, im saying you should make ring of superiority such that it gives you +65 ms, and it should give the others in your presence =10% of their ms. thats more like it, then!

You're correct Vipul. I also agree that the item should retain the MS [and AS] boost the the hero carrying the item. You can also increase the armor buff too..
