LOL very cheap early game

i would have to say the most annoying and cheapest lane i've faced was today:

Juggernaut and Alchemist (bladefury + cacoon stun)

Alcy uses his sun then wham jug owns u with his bladefury. Why this is so effective is: at level 1-6 your not gonna have very many abilities and on stop of that, jugg cannot be stunned while in fury. This is the perfect combo vs rikimaru, spectre, or any melee hero with no escape method early game.

I know there are some ways to avoid it by tower huggin or blink but at early game, your going to farm your gold really really slow and if your hero is item dependent, you can say

another is again... with juggernaught and rhasta, 4.5 second stun with juggernaiught hitting you while being grappled... then at level 6 wards and omnislash... overkill!

Have you ever seen a double Juggernaut in duplicate mode?

Unfortunately most lanes with Alchemist will only work if they are up against a solo hero.

ensnare + blade fury.
there are better combos but that is a stanndard

i mean unstable concoction + maeledictwill always result in a dead hero early game

the most craziest early game combo i faced was a tiny+raigor
we were wtf pawned early but i was void anyway

Yeah, a good Juggernaut early on is always cheap... Never thought about Unstable Concoction as a combo with it, but I guess every long stun is a great combo with it...
Problem is, you have no way to avoid it except waiting for them to come to your tower, and tower hug the rest of the (early) game lol

if that happens you are underleveled. i have had this one game where a friends of 3 got sooooooooo atracted to the youtube junglers and pick all of them, leaving a lane empty and guess what? viper was there

Whoah*imagines a big fat viper farming happily away in the lane* Viper is really really strong if fed or left to farm..the point of Jungling is for those heroes that do not have that good lane control(correct me if i'm wrong) and need the gold/exp to own later on..or those who can take a hit by the neutrals.
