Nortrom is acually friendly, hes just grouchy because he thirsty for magic =P

first you better pick a noob friendly hero for the complete noob, if he is a complete noob then fo sho he cant handle using axe let him try using clinks even a complete noob can use clinks w/ ease, 2 dps heroes lets you push faster and have him full use of his windwalk and deathpack to have less trips to the fountain now as for you you can be a tank or a fellow disabler or both you could choose from theese heroes:

-Bane elemental = assist them with grip and sleep
-nerubian assasin =for leshrac and for gb if they forgot to put wards
-witch doctor = with ginsoo and lothars then combo them to death!!
-Bradwarden/tide/magna= /w dagger,BF,satanic and boT massive nuke/disabler and a good choice for tanking
-treant= w/ radiance,BF,satanic and boots=with free wards great tanker and able to engage in ganks
...or maybe you must use axe instead of the noob

that exped kid isnt very exped if he doesnt know how to orb walk, cuz its not really advanced, your best bet would be to use NA(counter their heroes), or omniknight (make your axe invincible)

I would suggest getting a pudge with a hood to counter leshrac and witch
axe won't be a problem if hes a noob
razor can't do mcuh when you've got hood or heart

Tiny, Night Stalkerm or Treant would also be good because the same way as Tiny
