Why is it hard to Log in early morning Philippine Time . ?

i input my user name and password and nothing happens, . it tells me to log in again and again and still nothing happens, .

why is that?

why can't u log in?

did violate some kind of rule in the forum or something?

please clarify things, . .

I don't have this kind of problem. It might be because of your ISP

@Everyone else: Please help in anyway you can, Bish has PM'd me several times expressing his concern about this problem. I could see he really wants a solution. And i wish that we can help him.
