why pugna? decripfy doesn't do any good for clinkz at all, clinkz is dps based whilst decripfy makes the enemy hero invulnerable to dps = =

i'd go for drow ranger for the slow, rhasta shackles, bane friend grip, and furion's sprout is ncie too
