There is no absolute answer about this. It depends on the moment.

Last time, I was in an intense game with 3 friends of mine and we were outlaughing and ganking like old fat b*tches and that was more than awesome. Real orgasmic.

And my gf wanted to have sex. Basically I couldn't turn on my friends, even if I wanted to have sex. Each time has its proper moment and this time was for dota.

But for guys who never have sex, if they have to choose then go for sex plz, not dota ... or you'll be a NoLiFe aNd A g33k fOreVeR !
