1st skill
Judgement
Sends a powerful judgement strike onto a unit damaging(Pure) it by how many units it killed . stuns by 0.5 sec
LVL 1 - 10 damage for each unit . max of 12 units
LVL 2 - 12 damage for each unit . max of 18 units
LVL 3 - 14 damage for each unit . max of 22 units
LVL 4 - 16 damage for each unit . max of 28 units
manacost: 90/120/135/155
cooldown: 28/26/24/22
cast range: 128
cast time: 0.3
note: Very effective skill to enemy heroes who like to farm alot on creeps . when a hero is killed using this kill ,the number o his "killed Units" will be back to zero .
2nd Skill
Guilt Kill
Curses an enemy unit using the units own guilt to kill itself . the Cursed unit will gain additional Attack Speed but will take damage for every attack he/she made whether its an ally or an enemy .
LVL 1 - +18% AS but takes 15 damage per attack . lasts for 5 seconds
LVL 2 - +28% AS but takes 25 damage per attack . lasts for 7 seconds
LVL 3 - +38% AS but takes 35 damage per attack . lasts for 9 seconds
LVL 4 - +48% AS but takes 45 damage per attack . lasts for 11 seconds
manacost: 90/115/135/145
cooldown: 16/19/21/24
cast range: 600 at all levels
cast time: 0.1
note: Makes enemy DPS'ers more vulnerable because they take damage whenever they attack . can also be casted on yourself
3rd skill
Focused Anger
Corrupts a units mind decreasing its armor and focusing its anger to someone , attacking the nearest unit(ally/enemy) around him/her .
LVL 1 - 250 Cast Range . Only Lasts for 1.5 seconds . -3 armor
LVL 2 - 300 Cast Range . Only Lasts for 2.0 seconds . -4 armor
LVL 3 - 350 Cast Range . Only Lasts for 2.5 seconds . -5 armor
LVL 4 - 400 Cast Range . Only Lasts for 3.5 seconds . -6 armor
manacost: 110/120/130/135
cooldown: 18 at all levels
cast range: 250/300/350/400
cast time: 0.11
note: Kinda Like Berserkers Call but instead the afflicted unit only attacks the nearest unit and will also decrease his/her armor .
Ultimate Skill
Shield Of The Gods
Covers a unit with a mystical Shield thats capable of receiving only a small portion of the damage it takes and converts whats left into HP .
LVL 1 - Receives 75% of the damage and Converts 25% of the damage into HP . Lasts For 6 Seconds
LVL 2 - Receives 65% of the damage and Converts 35% of the damage into HP . Lasts For 9 Seconds
LVL 3 - Receives 50% of the damage and Converts 50% of the damage into HP . Lasts For 11 Seconds
note: Very Useful Skill to either Save yourself or an ally . Gives you the ability to only recieve small damage from enemies attacks and magics and at the same time uses the damage taken to restore some of your HP .

cooldown: 90/80/50
cast range: 800 at all levels
cast time: 0.2

- Powerful hero on 1v1 situations
- Deadly Mid-Late Game
- Supporter/Tanker
Cons:
- Low MS
- Long Cooldown on normal Skills
- Low Armor
- Has No Nuke

well,
the skills are ok.. except for the ultimate..
this hero can't be killed in a 1vs1 match-up..
why?
ultimate gives you near invulnerability for 15 seconds, the third skill distracts the opponent, seconds skill makes him vulnerable, first skill pawns him..
considering the mana cost: you could pull the combo with just near 600 mana.. and that's very possible in a 1vs1 game..
so i suggest changing the ULTI or lowering the effects a bit, 15 seconds is too long.. considering u have the other skills.
BUT: you have a great hero idea, i gotta give you that, very original.. i like it..

so... in the end, with lvl 3 ulti, unit receives 50% of orignal dmg and heals 50% of that dmg as well, WOULDNT CANCEL OUT??? i mean by reducing dmg and healing life by percentages, and due to the opposite nature of life and dmg, why no just have ONE effect: reduce X% of all damage to unit, and in this case, lvl 3 being 100%
