Helm of the Dominator combined with your Feast will give you all the lifesteal you need imo... I think Vlad's could also work, and it would free space for another orb of your choice...

no one mentioned armlet?
I would go for Armlet Vlads and HotD. all 3 are quite cheap and can give really alot of damage seeing how fast u should be able to farm it.

Get SnY instead of a lifesteal orb.
If you must go for the options u gave,
1. Sat
2.Curass
3. Treads
My build is SnY, treads, basher, vlads (sometimes armlet).
Do not get MoM because you already have an atk speed booster.

IMO treads, satanic, cuirass and SnY is a good combo, cos you have to be able to catch the enemy heroes which is a lot harder with the new naix

Oh and Mom does NOT stack
just like Troll's ult will cancel mom and vice versa so not a good idea mate..

If you have read what I have posted
the two orbs (satanic,S&Y) will not stack.
Since lifesteal is the overriding orb you will not maim..
why waste money when you can't get full potential out of it?
