It actually screws over a LOT of heroes... Think, who relies on a single skill to the killing? We have Sven, Vengeful Spirit, Mirana (not with just one, but tell me it is not nice to have the arrow blocked), and basically every stunner...
Of course, it becomes useless when they get a chuck skill to throw at the linkens and then pwn you, but that's just the way it is...

like raxxar said, linkens os good against heroes with only 1 targeted spell that they use to initiate the fight

also, its good on channelers who can be disabled like Sand King, Witch Doctor, Enigma, Oblivion, Bane Elemental

linkens are not that special...if your against heavy nuker,lina,lion,pudge=hook,mirana=arrows.his arrows wont work...but if your against with lowCD/ no CD...vanguard i better(traxex,clinks,kardel,huskar),,if your a tanker dont get linken itonly block 1 spell get BKB(Sand king,maiden,)

how about swap???venge's swap does linken cancel itmail me

BKB has a long culdown,.for 10 sec of protection,.linken can block a spell for i think 18 sec. hp/mana regen stats,.i lyk it

It's true... I'd rather take linken's because of better stat boosts. Plus, though it only blocks one spell at a time, at least it doesn't block out supportive spells as well.

BKB's time has been reduced..

And linkon only blocks one targeted spell every 20 seconds.

i think linken is an imba item..i mean you get bonus stat and a spell negation every 18 sec? beofre it was buffed i think the negation is every one minute and now 18 sec? very imba

have any of you guys been in a fight for longer than 20 seconds?

probably not so what does it matter? Even if the cooldown was one minute, you're not going to be hit with a targeted spell every minute. Persoanlly, I find the reduced cooldown barely makes much of a difference.

Useful, but its not imba lol

Awesome on heroes with low hp and either no escape mechanism or sometimes get stunned and pwned because they couldn't use that escape skill Laughing

yes..frequently...especially if it's a team battle and your enemy's team is losing..the escaping part will make the battle longer...sometimes it will just take a last skill to finish that hero then all of the sudden it is negated..

Er, yes the spell block is worth it! 20 second cooldown is way good. Get it before it gets nerfed IMO.
