Seadream - Murloc Shifter
Posted: Mon Apr 21, 2008 7:25 amI just tried out the Murloc guys, since they haven't had their spot yet on DoTA.
ALLIANCE: Sentinel
STORY: Born and raised from Sentinel shores, Seadream grew up twice as big and thrice as strong unlike from his former Murloc blood. Armed with his blade named Trusty and abilities he developed throughout his growth and environment, he is ready to defend the place that once took care and loved him.
This is what he looks like, except he's as big as Fuzzy Wuzzy.
I'm not good with building stats though, please comment if it's not right.
Seadream - Murloc Shifter
Range: 110(melee) | Move Speed: 295
Primary: STR
Str: 19 + 2.1 | Agi: 19 + 2.1 | Int: 19 + 2.1
Damage: 51 – 57 | HP: 492 | Mana: 234
HP Regen: 0.79 | Mana Regen: 0.73
Attack Speed: 1.39 | Armor: 4
Reason Seadream's stats are a little better than Atropos' is because he's melee and he has low movespeed.
SKILLS:
Sorry, I can't seem to find good icons for them. Need suggestions.
Trusty throw [T]
Seadream throws Trusty into his target, dealing precise damage
Level 1: 100 damage
Level 2: 150 damage
Level 3: 230 damage
Level 4: 300 damage
Manacost: 120 mana
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Action: Much like an Azwraith thing.
Array attack [R]
Seadream attacks all enemies with his total attack damage in a range of 400 AoE. Damage is pure.
Level 1: 25 second cooldown
Level 2: 20 second cooldown
Level 1: 15 second cooldown
Level 4: 10 second cooldown
Manacost: 100 mana
Action: Much like an Anubseran thing.
I had it at a long cooldown because his passive skill and other items work for this skill too.
(PASSIVE)Adaptability
Whichever stat Seadream has most points(from STR, AGI, or INT), he will gain abilities in accordance to that stat. STR gives stun, AGI gives critical, and INT gives mana burn(without damage).
Level 1: 19% chance 1s stun or 1.5x critical. 15 mana burn.
Level 2: 19% chance 1.3s stun or 1.7x critical. 30 mana burn.
Level 3: 19% chance 1.5s stun or 2x critical. 45 mana burn.
Level 4: 19% chance 1.8s stun or 2.3x critical. 60 mana burn.
It think it's best giving him an early powertreads, no?
What kind of aura do you want?
(ULTIMATE)Nemesis [E]
Seadream will have enough stats until he outgains his target enemy's primary stat. Lasts for 18 seconds. If Seadream's stats already did out-gain his enemy's primary stat, he regenerates half of his total hitpoints instead.
Level 1: +10 stat add
Level 2: +20 stat add
Level 3: +30 stat add
Manacost: 175 / 200 / 225 mana
Cooldown: 60 / 50 / 40 seconds
Action: Much like a BKB transformation.
Explanation: Ex. if Seadream with STR 33 tried to use Level 1 Nemesis on Bradwarden whose STR is 45, he keeps on gaining 10 stat points until he outgains that of Bradwarden's. So by the time Seadream casts that ultimate, he will have 53 STR. He gains it instantly and it will last for 18 seconds only.
This is a little tricky ultimate, since you need to know on whom and when to cast it and if it will synergize with your other skills or items properly.
I think he needs SY, powertreads and BF, whaddayou think?

First of all base stats are like atropos...change them
1st skill:Simple nice.
2nd skill:Intresting.Can become powerful late game.
3rd skill:This is totally imba.Stun,critical and mana burn every five hits is like HELL!Choose one of these not all of them.
Ulty:Hmmm...nice...This will work on ganks!Cooldown is ok.I like it.

I made them atropos like stats so that the third skill doesn't go off to waste. Whaddoyou think?
I need to clarify for the third skill...if you have highest stat points in STR 19%stun will only work, if AGI is highest in stat points 19%critical will only work, and INT for mana burn. Mana burn isn't percent chance based.
Only one works at a time...
