base STR : 15 - 1.5
base AGL : 21 - 3.0
base INT : 15 - 1.5
Base HP : 435 (255 (15*19) base str + 150)
base MP : 210 (base int)
Base damage : 30-45
base attack speed : 1.4
base ms: 300
base armor : 4
Story : Mei is an blood elf who practicing in nature power from the druids. In one time she is trying to absorb the silence night power, at the same time, her vilage is burned down by the devils. And now, using the blood of her kind, power of nature and darkness, she joins the sentinel force to get revenge for her kind.
Role : Support and killer
First skill : Silent Night
-passive
-> casting time : 4, 3, 2, 1 second
-> evect : invisibility and heals 1 hp per second
-> Because of the power of silence night, now Mei could become invisible at night [only].
-> invisibility disapear when act (cast spell, attack, or move).
Second Skill : Darkness charge
-> Active
-> mana : 100, 115, 130, 145
-> casting time : 0.5 seconds all level
-> cooldown : 10 seconds all level
-> Range : 700 [width 100]
-> aoe : 200 around mei
-> target : unit at daytime, ground at night
-> Because of the power of darkness, Mei could move from one shadow to others and blow the darkness power, but it's will hurt her if her shadow only being hit by sun's light.
-> Will damage herself if cast at day time 10 every 100 distance.
-> lvl 1: damage 50 slow for 1.1 second
-> lvl 2: damage 100 slow for 1.4 second
-> lvl 3: damage 150 slow for 1.7 second
-> lvl 4: damage 200 slow for 2.0 second
Third Skill : Bloody hunter
-> Active
-> mana : 85, 95, 105, 115
-> duration : 10 second all lvl
-> cooldown : 20 second all lvl
-> target : self
-> casting time : 1 second in day time, 0.5 seconds in night.
-> Mei absorb amount of darkness in the area then use it to make her more powerfull, but sometimes she can't control her power so she sometimes miss her target.
-> lvl 1: ms 5%, attack +15, chance to miss per attack 5%
-> lvl 2: ms 10%, attack +30, chance to miss per attack 5%
-> lvl 3: ms 15%, attack +45, chance to miss per attack 5%
-> lvl 4: ms 20%, attack +60, chance to miss per attack 5%
Ultimate : Nature wrath
-> Active
-> mana : 200, 300, 400
-> cooldown : 90 second
-> casting time : 1 second
-> Mei gather power of nature and release it.
-> cause nature wrath, nature blessing.
Nature wrath
-> target area : AOE 300
Lvl 1: deal magic damage for 300, cause slow for 3 second
Lvl 2: deal magic damage for 400, cause slow for 3 second
Lvl 3: deal magic damage for 500, cause slow for 3 second
Frame work : like rain of chaos, but using carrion swarm's animation
Nature blessing
-> target area : AOE 300 around Mei.
Lvl 1: Heal allies for 100, clear all negative buff
Lvl 2: Heal allies for 150, clear all negative buff
Lvl 3: Heal allies for 200, clear all negative buff
Framework : like luna moonfang's eclipes but with picture full moon.
Skill sincronize work :
Silence night -> for regenerating
Silence night then Bloody Hunter -> ambush
Darkness Charge then Bloody Hunter -> Killer
Silence night then nature wrath then Bloody hunter -> Super ambush.

Hmm.. Base agi = too high. Make it 21..
HP should only be 435 [str*19 + 150]
Can you explain this:

Is this a skill?
Silent night is good.
Darkness charge: What does this do? Damage units around you? If it does, what's the use for the range?
Bloody hunter: MS boost is too high. Make it 5%/10%/15%/20% instead.
Nature wrath: so it damages and heals at the same time? Good enoigh. Kinda cheap though.

For a Hero Model? the Night Elf Sentry will be a good one to use...

Bloody hunter changes ims into 5%/10%/15%/20%

Since she can't fully control her power, at night she has 10% got damage for 5 x her lvl.
[example if she is lvl 6, and it is at night, she has 10% chance got 30 [5 x 6(her lvl)] damage when silent night actives.
so it will happened only night.
Well, this is not skill but, since at night she has benefit [faster casting time], I made her has a chance to damage herself.
about second skill:
It an attack like lina's Dragon Slave.
Attack that goes forward only.
I add width 100
so it'll goes like

I don't think DotA allows the premise of having special attacks that is not a skill.
But since there is a clause that "When silent night is active", it's better to put the special attack under this skill.

Ulti changes done.
Well, it's not an special attack.
Since it hurt Mei, not the enemies.
It's just like:
If Mei cast spell or activate any skill [not items] then she has chance to hurt herself.
Or I just insert it into everyskill.
example:

I feel that it's better to remove that.. Since it won't benefit you anyway. It fails to add flavor too.

Delete hurting herself part.
What if I change into:
At night : Casting time is longer but the Effect is better.
Example:
Second Skill : Darkness charge
-> casting time : 0.5 seconds all level
-> lvl 1: damage 50 slow for 1.1 seconds
-> lvl 4: damage 200 slow for 2.0 second
change into :
-> casting time : 0.5 seconds all level (1 seconds all lvl at night)
-> lvl 1: damage 50 slow for 1.1 seconds
-> at night it become : damage 75 slow for 1.3 seconds
-> lvl 4: damage 200 slow for 2.0 second
-> at night it become : damage 300 slow for 2.2 seconds
and about second skill

And about "If it does, what's the use for the range?"
She can abush the enemy, but incase she's losing the fight she can run,
and if she won and the enemy is running, it can be used for chasing.
