Hi there, I reccomend that you start with playing AI-maps, then move on to PUBgames with NOOB/newbs in their name Smile

The heroes i reccomend to start with is Traxex, Balanar and someone like Sven.

-use the SEARCH FORUM tool
-don't be afraid to ask questions
-Post a topic or PM someone if you have a question

to create a new topic, go into the Forums tab and in there, click the section you want to start a new topic in. After you do that, look at the upper-right side above the 1st topic that shows up. There should be an underlined link that says 'Post new topic'. Click this and then you can start your topic.

yup..i suggest using lich and kardel..

they'll easy to use.

first,just play ai maps, then go pub games, then practice more heroes.

and read some guide i you want to learn more on the heroes..

Balanar and Sven aren't really heroes for those new to DotA.

Get a bunch of friends and just lan for now - that way you can all learn together and from each other. Also check out the high rated guides and read the forums.

WTF? Yeah, the dude might have fun and definitely like playing DotA but he won't learn like - unless he plans on only playing WTF games for his DotA career.
