Bashers?

Bashers?

Ok, I know this has been discussed a million times, but the search forums tool doesn’t work for me! So I have to create my own thread of this.

My question to you all is... Is it worth it to buy Bashers for a hero with a pre-existing stun?

I’m talking Dark terror, slardar, barathrum, jah'rakal and the like.

My friend and I are having a dispute over this, so please help me.

yes,i think you should,its fun to see your opponent being stunned every other swing you make.

But I guess to rephrase the question... Is it "NECESSARY" to buy these items? He says it is, I say no, but on some heroes like troll always needs bashers to roll with his ult and both his spell things. But void, why don’t you just get the mkb, because all you would be shooting for in that 6 seconds of chronosphere is the extra stun damage, so why not just go with that. Honestly I almost never use bashers, unless of course I am just playing for fun (getting double bashers on terrorblade), but other than that I really can’t think of any hero I get bashers on, except maybe lycan, or magina.

No it's not necessary to get extra bashers on whoever already has bash but it (kinda) helps. The reason for that is bash doesn't perfectly stack. But that's obviously for balance reasons.

No, not really necessary.. Except for Barathrum maybe. I mean.. a full 32% chance to disable an enemy is really nice.

i think bashers are not needed..just increase your attack speed..it's worth your money

IAS can improve ur bash and give u some DPS so

I never take baskers on any bash ability hero

Not necessary although Troll's bash has a lower chance than other naturally bashing heroes - only 10% if I remember correctly. So it's a little necessary for him but not totally. As for the rest - really not necessary. Insane attack speed will do wonders on all of them so you can just do that.

I personally think that bashers are somewhat overrated , most people will just keep on getting bashers on perma bashing heroes such as troll and void , they would be saying in their heads: "I think I should get basher so that my enemies would stop dance! Cool! I'll do that..." I for one think this is quite wrong.Barathrum , as Yuki said can be equipped with Basher(s) as it could greatly assist him.

Getting bashers would be for me , almost suicide because you'll be wasting your time for IAS items , HP Items , Armor Items , DPS Items and such!
Oh and don't get me started on getting bashers for ranged heroes. -_-

someone wants to get mkb on void, but dont do that, thats crap, never get mkb if you want to permabash, bashes override each other, thats also the reason why the permabash build of kardel really sucks, you have to many headshots and the enemy is stil able to move(and dont forget that bashers on ranged heros only have a chance of 10% to bash) bashes override each other

and if you want to permabash these 0,01sec ministuns that override the "good" at least 1sec bashes really suck and may rescue your enemy..........you are not fighting in the time bubble the whole time, better get more aspd
