Bashers?

This is more commonly referred to as n00b mentality. It's not fun, it's actually a very boring way of playing. You run up to somebody, you hit them while they stand still not being able to do anything, and then they die - ABSOLUTLY NO SKILL INVOLVED.

lol I totall agree, I play ezalor ALL THE TIME. And i was playing against a cocky beastmaster, i had like a vanguard a heart satanic and ac (satanic from leaver) all for hp and armor... So the beastmaster comes up with his double bashers, didnt even have his boar out (noob) and he permastuns me because of his 100% aspd increase. so then guess what, i was just trying to run away because he wasnt procing as much, and fricking rhasta comes up in front of me and shackles me. Beastmaster bashes me a lot more and i run away (i had more hp then like 3 of their players combined) so the beastmaster is like "STFU NUB U R TEH SUXX0RZ" and i just got pissed. I dont know who won that game cus i had to leave...

i only get max 1 on FV, slardar and troll when its 1 v 1 very late game.

1 for magina actually works ok.

Although it is NOT necessary, they are very helpful for 1v1 combat. If it is a 5v5 game, it isn't as valuable because ur team should have some disablers.

ias. double basher? thats about 6k, you couldve bought butterfly/sange and yasha/ASSAULT cuirass for that. well except for troll cuz his bash is only 10%.

i usually go for bashers then, . .

but i have come to realize that its pretty useful to buy other items instead .

Unnecessary but effective nonetheless. However, it would be much more worthwhile to get attack speed, as the others have said.

uhm, only one thing to say: the term "permabashers" didn't appear out of nowhere. The cranium bashers really have their purpose. I once used two bashers on void and killed two heroes, namely barathrum and huskar at the same time and the 3 of us had the same level. I even attacked huskar even if I was in very low HP and still, I owned.

@wii<r>Venom: Sure, no skill is involved in killing but what do you think are bashers there for? And so what if it doesn't require skill to kill? you need enough skill to farm for these since it's hard to farm with just maybe 2 bracers or whatsoever.

@anyone who wants attack speed: Jakh'ral has already enough passive ASPD to bash. Void has MoM. Barathrum has the push back effect and can give 2 chances to bash. In my opinion, it's better to get bashers on heroes that have passive bash.

this is just my opinion though

personally for me,its not that necessary for heroes but on troll,its really good.if you have a basher and maxed out his first skill,u cud just use ure ulti and it will really be easy for u to get a kill especially if u have allies with you.
Yeah lyk others say u shud get IAS instead and its normally only necessary for troll.

Personally I do..thus get bashers lol..
what if tinker get guinsoo and 'perma-disable' you? would you call that cheap? and what if lion or rhasta gets a guinsoo, and cyclone...would you call that cheap?
I just don't get why you guys are bagging the living crap out of this item...maybe it's because when the enemy hero permabashes you and you are too noob to counter the hero, you get angry and call it cheap..
whatever you call it...you got owned.

btw
what's wrong with buying items that synergises and maximises the potential of your hero?
and for heroes like Am, Sylla who needs some way to hold their enemy in place while proceeding to rape them..you need items like bashers.
And so what if all you do is click and own?
Who says only people with good micro management and such needs to play dota?? if beginner players get double bashers with void and own..who are we to say that they didn't deserve it and take away their happyness??
If you are smart and proclaim yourself to be a better dota player..counter the hero..not bag him

Agree with u metallic, bear with basher is great

If ur enemy can permabash u, dont call them boring. Even if you use clinkz or lion. Dont u just wind walk -> strafe and just whack? Dont u just stun -> ulti to get a kill?

So wat if u have to resolve to a boring way to win, u still feel much better than getting permabashed by an enemy and feeling so helpless?

I m not saying bashers are good on FV all the time, but bashers are really good for permabashing and permabashing is the best way to win a 1 on 1 fight late game.
