Lol..but if you do actually manage to reach the cap, it won't be an overkill...not even 2 hearts give you that much regen.

But does the new one still revives you earlier and make you lose less gold?

yes and it grants you experience and vision in the area where you died.

damage output is always greater than regen, thats how clinks can double kill near fountain

I just know that bloodstone gets charges when you kill , and revives you with loosin less gold and in less time and you loose a charge.
what else does it do? i didnt understand.

yes..I suggest you read the previous posts.every charge increases your hp regen by 2, you revive in a quicker time and you lose less gold. I was going to say something else but I conveniently forgot
