can it be used with ursa? cause wasn't ursa ranged once according to the thing at the tavern!

It can be used by these heroes too...
Meepo..it is a great support for the clones
Tiny, great since he has high damage he will have a high lifesteal
Sven, he will own for sure with this and madness
