Mjollnir is a new item in 6.38!! but i dun understand one thing

20% chance to release a 200 damage Chain Lightning. When a hero with the Static Charge buff is attacked there is a 20% chance that a 200 damage Static Charge will strike the attacking unit

So will the chain lightning come out with static charge together and deal 400 dmg wif 40% chance????[/img]

Static charge = deals 200 damage to surrounding units around the Hero (about 200).

It's basically a counter helix buff.

The chain lighting will not hit the unit unless it triggers.

No no. The static charge is a buff that you but on yourself of a friendly unit. Then when a meele unit attack you there is a 20% chance that they get 200 damage. When YOU attack you will have a 20% chance to release the Chain Lightning. Hope you better understand now:P.
