Me, I learned to take it easy and have a good time even if your entire team left and your enemies are at the gates...
That could also translate into, NO SURRENDER! And you should try it, it's fun to see an entire team to try their damn best to get into the base and fail xD (of course, eventually they'll win, but I sure had my good time messing with them xD)

Values I learned from DotA? Dunno about it being a value, but I now know what rage is like... see far too much of it.
