raselas was the evil brother of razor.Razor betrayed raselas and ran to the scourge and betrayed the sentinel .His is capable of unleashing powers that only and it cuts the bone with speed and accuracy its anger on destroying razor gives it speed and power .

Charge storm:
Channels her storm and awaits to unleash it.
Level 1:channels up to 5 sec
level 2:channels up to 7 sec
level 3:channels up to 9sec:
level 4:channels up to 10sec
note:if raselas is attacked during channeling the spell would not effect.(rasles can move around druing channeling)

Storm conversion:
converts creeps in storm relevants
level 1:250health damage 26-30 last 30sec 100 mana
level 2:350 health damage 29-35 last 50sec 115 mana
level 3:400 health damage 33-40(spell immune) last 50sec 130 mana
level 4 400 health damage from 40-50 (spell immune)has splash attack last 60sec 150 mana

Storm aura
gives nearby allies chance to dodge an attack last 10mins
level 1:4% chance 100mana
level 2:6%chance 100 mana
level 3:10% chance 115mana
level4 :15%chance 200 mana

ULTAMITE SKILL

GREAT STORM CYCLONE
cyclone the opponent for 5 sec
level 1: 100 damage per second 250 mana
level 2:125 damage per second 300 mana
level 3: 175 damage per second 375 mana

well there it is zzz sorry for not going online for so long was working on razor build zzz a bit weird but i might make a statergy for it.please comment as this is my first hero

I think you mean "Storm Revenant" not "relevant".

Anyway..
STR? [Suggested = 16 + 1.6]
AGI? [Suggested = 18 + 1.3]
INT? [Suggested = 21 + 3.2, Primary]
HP? [Suggested = 454]
Mana? [Suggested = 273]
Armor? [Suggested = 2.5]
Base Damage? [Suggested = 34-44]
Base attack rate? [Suggested = 1.6]

Charge Storm: What exactly does the storm do? Damage? Manacost? Area of effect?

Storm Conversion: How many converted units? Revenant attack type? Armor and armor type? Movespeed? Splash percentage?

Storm Aura: Does it stack with evade?

Great Storm Cyclone: Hmm.. I have some doubts on this. I think the Warcraft engine makes it that whenever a unit is cycloned, it is invulnerable. So how can you damage the unit if it is invulnerable? If it works, then I say this skill is good enough.

about the story, I don't get it. Razor is just an elemental revenant w/o any heart and brain, how can an element had a brother, or even a parent?

For the skills:
1st skill, a channelling skill is channelling, what do you mean that the channeller can move when doing it? That's never possible.

2nd skill, lvl 3 and 4, should be not spell immune, but hardened skin since Warlock's Infernal ain't spell immune, but has spell reduction due to hardened skin and some skill won't work on the unit w/a hardened skin.

3rd skill, should apply to enemies and make them miss so it can stack w/evasion. I don't know if it should be active or passive.

Ulti, won't happen but target will be invulnerable. Unless you summon a tornado that won't make target fly and w/immolation or something, otherwise, not gonna happen.

Uhh.....What exactly is this hero again? I can't find anything specific...

Well the Cyclone does damage per second..i can see that...prolly really ffin annoying especially when running away, so display the cooldown time please..

What is the first skill exactly?

Storm Conversion sounds ok to me...just display the individual stats...other than that, these guys look tough...make a limit of 4 or so...

An Aura that lasts 10 mins....fix this up will ya? An Evasion aura is new hehehe....

Gotta lotta modifying to do....prove to me that this hero is just as good as Razor...and make a nice story for the reason why he joins the Sentinel....

I like Revenants...they're cool...especially Razor...he can fly!
