How is Kulkulza in DotA?

Summon Mutalisk (K)

Stats: AGI
Strength - 16 + 1.75
Agility - 18 + 2.75
Intelligence - 16 + 1.7
Movespeed - 285
Attack Rate - 1.8
Base Damage - 14 - 26
Base Armor - 1.8
Base HP Regeneration - .47
Bse Mana Regeneration - .39
HP - 454
Mana - 208
Range - 375
Missile - Nortrom/Luna's Missile

Skills
Acid Glaive - 75/115/135/145 mana - 20 s.c.
Kulkulza spits out a glaive that burns the target and bounces from one target to another within 450 range of each target. Armor reduction lasts 6 seconds and can be accumulated and glaive can only hit the same unit twice.
Missile speed: 1800
Level 1 - 1 armor reduction per unit hit, 100 damage, bounces 2 times.
Level 2 - 1.5 armor reduction per unit hit, 150 damage, bounces 4 times.
Level 3 - 2 armor reduction per unit hit, 200 damage, bounces 6 times.
Level 4 - 2.5 armor reduction per unit hit, 250 damage, bounces 8 times.

1st Skill note: If there are 2 enemy units nearby, and both got hit w/Level 4 Acid Glaive, they will both lose 5 armor for 6 seconds, and the glaive will try to look for more targets besides the two in 450 area. If the glaive can no longer look for a 3rd target, then the glaive will disappear.

Venom Glaive - Passive, orb
Each of Kulkulza's attack is filled with poison, weakening anything it attacks, and can bounce to one after another. Poison lasts 5 seconds. Each enemy struck beyond the first incurs a 50% damage loss, per unit.
Level 1 - 3 poison damage and 4% slow, bounces twice
Level 2 - 6 poison damage and 8% slow, bounces thrice
Level 3 - 9 poison damage and 12% slow, bounces four times
Level 4 - 12 poison damage and 16% slow, bounces five times

2nd Skill note: Works like Moon Glaive, but has poison damage and cannot have Attack Modifying items, otherwise, his attack will malfunction.

Flyer Enhancement - Passive
His wings are very powerful, blocking damages and boosts his speed, but will take more damage.
Level 1 - 3% chance to block 20 damage, +5% Movespeed, takes 3% more damage
Level 2 - 6% chance to block 25 damage, +10% Movespeed, takes 6% more damage
Level 3 - 9% chance to block 30 damage, +15% Movespeed, takes 9% more damage
Level 4 - 12% chance to block 35 damage, +20% Movespeed, takes 12% more damage

3rd Skill note: Making 3/6/9/12% so that he can be defeated, because Kulkulza moves so fast especially w/ultimate, he is virtually unchasable, unless slown/freeze/maimed/voided.

Ultimate
Wing of Destruction - 175/225/350 mana - 100/90/70 s.c.
Kulkulza charges up, giving him more movespeed and will deal damage to any enemy he touches, but loses HP per second. Lasts 20 seconds.
Immolation range: 225
Level 1 - 10% Bonus Movespeed, 90 damage per second, loses 10 HP per second.
Level 2 - 15% Bonus Movespeed, 140 damage per second, loses 20 HP per second
Level 1 - 20% Bonus Movespeed, 180 damage per second, loses 30 HP per second

Ultimate note: HP loss is not counted for the 3rd skill's "take more damage" thing, just plain HP loss.

With Ultimate & 3rd skill, he'll have 376 movespeed w/o boots!

With 3rd skill alone, he'll have 319 movespeed w/o boots.

Well this is interesting...a mutalisk hero..inspired by me hehehe....well i'm not the master here, so let the others judge...Mebbe u can add up on the movespeed for the Ulti...

Pretty slow for an Agility Hero if u ask me...

uh so you die using your own ulti?? 25 dam a sec for 45 secs, id never use the ulti then. and plus all the bouncing thingies are way too strong and flyer enchantment is kinda suicidal. man, now that i think about it its more like the scourge thingies from starcraft, suicide and kill more than a mutilisk.

Skills:
1. Bad practice for a skill to be dependent on levels of other skills. Give it it's own bounces. Harsh, if it hits thrice. Limit it to 2 hits max.

2. Only poison/slow bounces, right? If damage would also bounce, then this is a much better moon glaive.

3. Should be an activateable ability. Passive would make it suicidal. Makes it similar in utility to sprint.with added vanguard.

4. I lose 75 Hp/sec for 45 seconds? That is 3375 damage to myself! Even Pudge punishes himself less to get a similar effect. I think 10/20/30 is punishment enough. Lower the duration to 20 seconds and set the cooldown at 70 seconds. Highly synergetic with slow glaives. Potential 3600 damge if enemy is in area. Specify AOE of effect. Around 200? Mana cost is fine.Q: Is the life loss damage?(Because you get hurt more due to skill 3 if it is)

Stats:
Average stat gains. Terrible starting STR. Boost it by sapping some start points off AGI. Make it at least around 16 STR, take out 1-2 start AGI to balance. Other stats are fine.(One of the lowest base attacks since techies, just an observation)

Flavor:
Looks like the zergs are serious in taking over the Warcraft plane. Another one infiltrates the ranks of scourge, toting with it its tainted glaives.

Overall:
Suicidal AGI chaser. Best use of lothars, if it damages while invisible, but probably won't( I don't think rot damages while invis, if I remeber right). Beware the tower. Bkb and Hearts are your friend.

Skill edits:
1. The point is, dealing chain frost damage and lvl2 amplify damage from a normal skill is very evil. Let it only bounce to the same unit twice at most.

2. Make it a 55-60% damage loss per bounce. It sounds low, but you have to compensate for the poison effects it has.

3. I guess it's fine to keep it as a passive skill. Killers would shred him though.

4. You took my advice on this. Glad I could help. Hope others think the change is good. Q:What is the AOE in which they touch? Around 100, I suppose?

Hopeful Like this hero. Can slow down fast-runners and can inflict pain without even attacking it, but the thing is, it's weak to high damage attacks and skills. Very fragile w/3rd skill..

Better fix this one soon.

The thing is..

This one deals hella lota damage w/fast ASPD
Takes high damage and requires HP, lots of 'em. not to mention the strength gain. OUCH!
