You can not target friendly units with this spell?

1. Why does everyone have a .GIF of their favorite hero on their sig?!!?
2.This being implemented would require alot of thinking. Public games will be affected the most, due to their, well.. "skills" :p Pro's of course will use this very well, but you have to understand that there are people who will abuse this.

it won't work.
with this nobody can get kills -_-
and those who don't have target spells will suffer
imagine a team has all heroes with target spells and another not having.
the team without target spells will surely get 0 kills

even though i'm still new at dota[about 3 weeks]i dont think it will be nice for the game if friendly unit can be killed..

This makes some sense, and some attacks are already like this. For example, bane's sleep. You can use it on teammates for some odd reason, most likely to render them invulnerable, but overall, it's not a very practical way to save someone... They lose hp and let enemies catch up.
Anyway, the fact is that you CAN use it, and if timed correctly, may be effective.

Use ur common sense pls! U cant cast spell in reality.
Allowing friendly fire is very bad. U are encouraging:
More unecessary Kses (stun ur ally just to get a kill)
More leavers (get killed by teamate, which he doesnt want)
Move Language (same as above)
More accidents (there are times which u target wrongly)
It makes spells much harder to program. EG paralysing cast, u have to make it able to target ally unit yet unable to bounce to them. U will need a few sets of trigger to do this and if its for all bouncing skills, the files size will increase.
Also, if a frustrated noob Zeus just decided to spoil the whole game, you are assisting him to do so.
Maybe there can be a command to allow frendly fire on you, but in pubs, who will do that unless they are dying which can be killed with even with a normal attack.

the situations you stated is a good reason to allow targeting friendly units but some idiot will ruin the game if he decides to kill his allies even though they are on full HP

There are plenty of situations where targeting a friendly hero could be in the best interests of the team. For example:
DENY
1. You are Zues and your friend is about to die to Stealth Assassin. You want to deny him but your attack does like 50 damage and he has 100 hp. You have plenty of mana but you cant target him with Lightning Bolt.
KILL
2. You are Medusa(Full HP). You and your teammate, Centaur(Full HP), are chasing Lycanthrope (100 HP). Lycant is outside your casting range for Chain Lightning and the distance between Centaur and Lycanthrope is growing. If you could cast Chain Lightning on Centaur the next jump would catch Lycanthrope and kill him.
SURVIVE
3. You are Pugna(30 HP). You just fled from battle successfully but there is a Zues on the enemy team and you know he is going to ult any second. Centaur is on your team with full HP standing next to you. If you could life drain him for a few seconds you would live. (Also could do it to a creep if friendly units were target able)
PREVENT
4. You are Skeleton King soloing Rosh. Your teammate Magina Blinks in to try to get the last hit on Rosh for the gold and probably steal your Aegis. You would like to Hellfire Blast Magina to prevent the steal but you cant.
It really just makes sense that you be able to cast these spells (and others) on your friendly heroes because that is the nature of the game. What are your thoughts?
I think they should get rid of the inability to target friendly units regardless of the spell. In all reality why would you be unable to target anything you want with any spell you want??

1. If I am correct, you cannot deny your teammate in this situation with normal attack either. As far as I know, your ally needs to have low hp and be under the effect of a "damage over time"-spell (Shadow strike, Doom, Poison Touch etc.) for him to be deniable.
3. If players could unconditionally use attack spells on each other, many public games would be ruined. Some selfish jerks would harrass their teammates back to fountain cause they wanna solo, etc.
4. Think about the team ffs. Leoric taking aegis is just stupid, considering which ulti he has. The aegis should be given to magina, unless leoric is a retard.
