You can not target friendly units with this spell?

I agree there needs to be some work on the list. The blind and enfeeble and similar spells that have no apparent positive benefit should maybe be removed. I do believe that any damage producing spell should remain for denial purposes (stuns included)

I dont see the point on huskars ultii or mortred's dagger....it damages yes but if you miss calculate wouldnt you end up making your ally slower so the enemy can come and last hit?

i spotted something
you say that Nature’s Attendants (Y)
but it already is ...
and if you say Y to every one then you heal the enemy instead how much dmg you deal

I would also like some of the spells mentioned above to work on allies. It would also be a weird thing that you can infest your allies with naix with somewhat of a twist, like, you can only infest him when his health is below 100 and if his health grows over 100 and you burst, you die not him.
Also i read on a page about atropos' sleep, that's great to cast on allies, immagine Lich just caught you and your ally pants down jungling and bang, ultimate. Sleep your ally or yourself and the ultimate ends there. Or, witch doctor banged someone and the last tick coming is 1000 dmg and the ally has 200 hp left. Sleep will fix it.
What i would REALLY like is you to be able to cast the new cyclone on ANYONE including yourself. That would be perfect to help escaping lots of ultimates like crix lich or escaping incoming magic damage like poison or maledict ticks.

If u could deny your allies so easily with spells .. one would hardly get any kills especially if ur a carry hero and u go into a fight 1 v 4 and target one there are 3 others who jus have to use their nukes to deny him .. that wud ruin the game ...
Players would concentrate more on denying allies rather than killing enemies.

maybe a new mode would do. but nobody would use it. All it takes is a simple damn argument and wtf, zeus would keep chaining you repeatedly. There's a reason why the game was made this way. plus, your reasons on setting this mode just doesn't seem good enough.
