PUDGE(depends on your flesh heap skills)
ROOFTRELLEN(highest base str & gains )
CENTAUR WARCHIEF(if you have maxed your great fortitude)

nope this isn't that kind of thread, this thread talks about which hero can benchpress the most weight, "technically".

It has to be Lina, she's the only one who can do a bench press motion that I can think of. Look at her attack(normal one).

Treant could bench the most because even if it's too heavy for him to lift, after let's say 20 years he could grow his arms to the desired height.
...unless there's a time limit on this.
