manta + necro + hook + rot + dismember + radiance + hit2

just a suggestion

usually i use HoD and double HoT to pudge..

from his flesh heap and double hot, his HP is incredible!!

if you want a dps item, go for radiance for the +60 damage and 35 damage immolation

Not on pudge cause u dont really attack just hook rot and dismember! So no way for deso.

Deso is a waste, cuz u dont need DPS.
just get a bottle, mekansm, BoT and then mass hearts.
if you absolutely need an item to kill with, radiance.

After boots and bracer, I build HoD then cuirass. Next is Radiance and HoT.

Why desolator is a no-no for pudge:

1. His attack is slow
2. His Rot Skill needs items such as HoDef or Hp regen items than desolator
3. His power are not based on his attack damage, its based on his skills and his vitality..

you don't need deso since pudge doesn't rely on his normal attacks,his attk speed is really slow,he already has a good combo,if you want damage go for radiance since it has good synergy with rot and you get the same 60 damage from deso

Desolator on Pudge... I'd rather have desolate aura from cuirass because it gives Pudge more tankiness. After all, he wasn't built to beat heroes down, he was built to rot them down.
