Not only malefice can stun multiple. Cold Snap of Kael can stun multiple and can damage and it is a use of one skill.

Freezing Fields deal a total of 30 exploding novas randomly in around 600 AoE of Rylai.

lol if you want to win some gold, try searching on the forums =P
thats a good way to start..but that information was really really old (like even before when the old gambler was still in dota) and it lasted 4 seconds instead of 3.
