It's in one use of a skill... The infernals falling on ur head doesn't do 1.4k damage, but it does stun.

the closest possible answer i could think of is ogre magi with multi cast and equipped with aghanims... though it only damages 1375 at a successful 5 hits...

thats the only skill i could think of to damage close to 1400 with stun..
since TB and AM is out of the list cost they damage by chance... though they have stun....
i also cant add morph since he needs loads of items to even deal 1400 damage Laughing

but his adaptive strike has a stun...
though im sticking with my answer.... ogre magi... ^^

I don't think it's ogre

1.think of the 25% magic resistance of heroes

that means, 1375 - .25(1375) = 1031.25

2. He needs both Multicast and Firebolt, so that means 2 skills

3. Multicast activates by chance, and since Unholy already said that chance does matter, IMO, Multicast + firebolt is not close

1 skill that stuns and give 1400dmg (not counting reduction)

or a hero that can deal 1400dmg with one skill, and another skill that can stun?

i'm thinking.. ^^

Let me guess...I'm thinking of either suicide or bombs of techies but it will not be exactly 1400.

I think its pugna at lvl 11. His life drain damages 200 (with scepter: the only item) hit points per second and the channeling time is 7 seconds.

So,

7 seconds x 200 damage/seconds = 1400 damage (regardless of the armor)

Is that right? Well, that was just a guess and try to visit pugna at the hero section.
