What about Magina?In this case the enemy should have lost around 1273 mp to be dealt 1400damage to hp with Magina's ulti(1273 x 1.1=1400.3) which is not affected by spell resistance i think.A ministun also occurs on the enemy.But the thing that one item is required makes me think that AM is not the right answer...

if it's approximate 1.4k..then it's ogre magi with aghanims..it's approximate right? not the exact value.....ogre magi can deal 1375 damage unreduced..if you will round it to the nearest hundred, it would be 1400 right? and it stuns,,and technically it doesn't use multicast since multi cast is passive...he will just use fireblast to deal that damage

Mhh, just a guess. but its either luna. or juggers' omni with a basher. without creeps omni should be able to get 1.4k. meh... just a guess.

I would go with FireBlast Multicast. + agahnims.

and technically a refresher orb wouldnt work because technically you use the spell TWICE.

Fireblast is the only thing I CAN THINK OF that deals that kind of damage AND stuns.

grr my thing didn't post earlier, anyway I went with warlocks infernal...

100 damage with a stun
100 chaos damage a hit (assume 1 hit every 3 seconds lasts 45 seconds)
50(?) immolation damage a second.

anyway exceeds the 1400, no reduction damage
has a stun...
thats all right?
