It's not a hard math but it is hard to understand. There are such twists here that it gets tricky and difficult to answer.
Well, I think I get confused with that, I'm not going to answer anymore but I'll try to answer other questions. I might exceed the limit of answering xD. I'll just give chance to others ^^
2nd bonus question:
Summons from Manta style will disappear after the 20 second duration. So,the window of time 20 seconds.

hold on a second. this isnt the most units than can be summoned by one team. FOR THE RECORD, you can have multiple ignis fatu....fati (?) at once. lets assume you summon 2, thats a window of 30 seconds, then to summon the spirits (of course theres corpses, your pushing mid!) which is as many as are corpses which is limited to the number of creeps but we must assume that theres atleast 5 per creep wave, and each fatuus can summon 1 every 2 seconds, which is 2 every 2 seconds which is 10 in 10 seconds, which mean the 10 creeps (from the waves) and 10 seconds off (2 for each summoning cooldown) and thats a 20 second window, factor in the casting delay from summoning ignis (1 second each) thats an 18 second window.
if there were more, we got ourselves a shrinking window as we get more and more creeps.
if you had known i bet you wouldve made KotL items into refresher aganihms, for 6 ignis fati at once :P

@war_wrecker refresher and aghanims would have made it all the more fun, oh well it's too late to change the question now
your wrong on the 2nd bonus question, you're going in the right direction and have the right ability just didn't get the time right (maybe it's me, the question and the restated version both make sense to me but maybe for you non-english speakers the language might confuse you, w/e)

also let's pretend that the unit that takes the most damage takes 20000 damage. If that unit was pudge with 6 hearts and he took 20000 damage in that time, how many creeps (only creeps no heroes) or how many heroes (no creeps) would he had to have killed to get enough bonus str from his flesh heap to survive that 20000 damage? (lvl 4 flesh heap bonus)

If Pudge was level 25 with level 10 stats and 6 hearts, he would have to have killed 9800.833333333333333333333333 heroes. Or 98008.3333333333333333333333333333 creeps

so he has 223,458 hp from the flesh heap alone(9800.83333*1.2*19 = 223,458)? that's definitely plenty of hp to survive but not the smallest amount needed, also the above scenario was theoretical, not the actual amount of damage (I just used that number as an example to show what part 2 was asking)
I'll post the solution to part 1 tomorrow when I get back form work so you guys can try part 2 (which is much easier except for dohyun99)

as promised here is the answer to part 1
Note:
Necronomicon and Manta summons are removed upon recasting
With 2 necronomicons, activating 1 will cause the other to go to cool down, so you can only summon with 1 necronomicon
An important item that Vol’jin has is Aghanims. It falls under the 4 other items of your choice. Other items such as dagon/shiva/etc don’t matter because you cast maledict and then channel chaos ward (so you can’t cast anything else).
First, get all the units:
Chen explanation:
Chen can convert 3 units max with his ability
With hotd and refresher you can get 9
Only 2 from necronomicon
Total: 14 (3+9+2)
Ezalor explanation:
Can summon 2 ingis
1st ignis can summon 25 liberated souls (only last 50 sec)
2nd ignis can summon 15 souls (has 30 sec before 1st ignis dies)
HotD can make 4
Manta adds 2
Necronomicon adds 2
Total: 50 (2+25+15+4+2+2)
Visage explanation:
7 revanants max (but they don’t take magic damage so they don’t affect anything)
4 from hotd
2 from necronomicon
Total: 6 (4+2)
Anub’Seran explanation:
Can summon 8 weavers
Necronomicons can only summon 2 in total
Total: 10 (8+2)
Furion explanation:
Hotd and refresher produce 9
Force of nature and refresher make 15 (cast, cast refresh then cast)
Manta produces 2
Total: 26 (9+15+2)
Total units summoned not counting heroes: 106 (14+50+6+10+26)
Counting heroes: 111 (113+5)
Working out Damage here (with all 111 units including heroes)
Note that at least one hero is being hit by each and every spell and effect
ES Damage
350 initial damage
115 damage aftershock
7150 (echo damage of 110 other units (110*65=7150))
275 fissure damage
115 aftershock damage
0 enchant totem damage
115 aftershock damage
Total ES damage in 1st 4 sec = 8120 damage
WD damage in 1st 4 sec
Ward fires each 0.3 seconds, so it will fire 14 times in the 1st four seconds
With aghanims, the ward will deal 150 damage and bounces twice
Maledict will deal 80 damage (4*20)
Total WD damage in 1st 4 sec = 4280 (the ward hits a target, bounces away and then bounces back 13 times so 14*2*150 + 80)
Total damage so far = 12400 (8120+4280)
Maledict triggers, unit takes 4960 more damage (40*124)
During 2nd 4 sec
Maledict causes 80 loss of life
Ward will deal 3900 damage (ward lasts 8 sec, will trigger another 13 times)
So total damage is 3980 again
Maledict triggers dealing 1560 damage
During 3rd 4 seconds
Maledict deals 80 and trigger does nothing
Total damage = 22980 (12400+4960+3980+1560+80)
for part 2: pretend pudge is that unit taking the 22980 damage and he is lvl 25 with 6 hearts of tarrasque. How many creeps (only creeps) or how many heroes (only heroes) did he need to kill in order to survive that 22980 damage?
for the second bonus question: if there were all 111 units standing there, how long could they all be there before some start to disappear (which one's have been there the longest and their timer will run out)

Part 2 answer
HoT (Heart of Tarrasque)
+35 strength = 665 hit points
300 additional hit points
Total - 965 hit points
965 hit points x 6 Hearts = 5,790 hit points
Total life
5,790 hit points + 2,465 life at lvl 25 w/ stats = 8,255 total hit points
Flesh heap (lvl 4)
22,980 total damage x 0.16 (16% magic resistance) = 19,304
19,304 damage - 8255 total hit points = 11,049 left damage
1.2 strength = 46 hit points
11,049 left damage / 46 hit points = 241 heroes
He needs 241 heroes to be able to survive that attack.(looks huge)
So, I did the solving and I hope I got it well and i'll appreciate hints if I still don't get it though. I still can't get the bonus question. What do you mean? When will the summons start disappear? 10 seconds?

so 1 str gives 19 hp so 1.2 str does not give 46 hp so you're wrong, also you are regenerating hp due to the 6 hearts
apparently I can't communicate exactly what I mean in the second bonus question. what I was thinking was that in order to have all of those units (including all of the liberated souls) there is only 2 sec where all the units are there. after that, the first soul summoned by the 1st ignis (at 30 sec after the ignis was summoned) disappears, also the ignis dies at that point
does this make sense?

Still need the regeneration? it might be approximately be until 12 seconds due to maledict and that was the longest time. Hmm...For 12 seconds, he gets additional 792 hit points (11 hp/sec.).
11,049 - 792 = 10257
10,257 / 22.8 (corrected) = 450 heroes needed
