Radiance is over rated on weaver.
Radiance needs to be farmed early-mid game if you want to be super effective.
I like to get MKB and Crit on Weaver first, much more settled than just trying to farm 3800 + 1450 or something on an item which isn't as effective later on.

If you can farm fast start of game, then by all means get it.
Otherwise, No.

Why get Radiance?

-It's a good item, used with Shukuchi and Geminate Attack its very effective for farming and killing.
-Along with Shukuchi and Watchers, farming this should be relatively safe.
-Immolation kills are hilarious.

finaly someone gets the "POINT" sexyrexy02 u have proven to have read ability and brains=P

and rambol mkb kills muc much more than radiance does so why buy it lol and its a much better combo with Shukuchi and btw watchers are good for everything lal;P

hahah to bad kb is better i consider 100 dmg critts with stun better than a tiny 35 dmg per sec....lal
you know it proccs like once every two second cuz of the dounle shot and his attack speed...soo hm... yeah 35 dmg is imba.... ooh so great for farming when u get all the money from killing heros and ive never rly seen a weaver farm for money with shucisi as u ppl say and by ust standing there=S he allways gets last hit cuz of 3 strikes (with double shot) with mkb

I don't like Radiance on Weaver. It synergies well with Weaver they say; yeah okay but it's just personal preference.

I just get MKB first.
Sometimes, and usually someone else has a radiance by then anyway

so u say that farming for 3.8k dont take time and that u dont get an mkb faster and farm even better eeeh....lol
and that he has low hp:S lol if he faces a stunner then maybe if not he got ulti and poof back at full lose hp again? well use shucusi..hm. watchers good for everything why go there and do pescy 35 dmg a sec when u can just go there and kill him....he is one of the best killer heros in game ffs

nvm this thread the final point is its easy faster to get 2 mkb or 3 than it is to get 1 radi and its also much much better late game and why run after when they almost cant move:S...oki radi is better for farming if you dont got high cs skill...

It just happens to be my theory that in some cases, it's just better to go for a different item than the likes of Radiance.

Examples include;
Bloodseeker
Spectre

Instead of trying to save up for Radiance from start it just must be better if you bought the items which complete the recipe because it gives a greater chance of survival/a greater damager output in comparison to having limited items for 8~10 minutes to farm just a pure damage item (radiance).

I think this is what matti is trying to get at.
I will agree, but this isn't the case ALL of the time.

haha thats excactly what i ment...
cuz unless you play em you lose all the money when you die while your saving for it (not all but u get it)

and no enemys are so stupid so they dont try to kill you while you farn for radi.

and too another hero i dont get... is why radi first on spectre when manta is so great for it. you can easly farm radi later and disspersion stacks with your images...so you get imba dmg 1vs1

I think because when the illusions take place all over the map, it does a wide area of damage (if you think about it). I'm certain the images with the Radiance aura - the damage doesn't stack.

Manta is good on Spectre yeah, but it's also debatable on HOW good it is.
I'd say Diffusal is better because it has the ability to slow along with the Dagger.
